Eli did a great job, the house and all areas look brand new. He was very prompt when I called, gave me an estimate the same day, let me know when he could fit in his schedule, made contact through text messages to let me know exact time and day work would be performed. I was very satisfied with the results.

Throughout the course of the project, Elias and his team exhibited a strong degree of professionalism and our association was very pleased wth the results of his company's work. I have to hand it to Eli. He stuck with a complicated job that presented many, many problems and completed it until it was perfect. I cannot say enough about the high quality of care he puts into what he does. I set out to paint my house, but the cleaning job was so good, I was able to defer the cost of completely repainting. The deck was old and had many problems. It was a complicated job with a fence, railings and benches. When it didn't look right the first time (I am a perfectionist), he redid it completely, and now it looks beautiful. The swing set painting had a rope ladder and other components that a lesser quality painter would just spray over. This was done with exceptional attention to detail, and looks like new. I would recommend Eli to anyone who wants the job done right.

Elias called me right away and accommodated my schedule to clean for my grandson's 1st birthday party a few days away. He even rescheduled to come a little earlier so area would be clean before tables arrived for set up. He is so courteous, professional, he knows his trade well.

The pressure washing and driveway resealing project at our house was outstanding. I would definitely use him in the future. Elias was professional, honest, thorough, fair, and took great pride in providing a quality service. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Elias was very responsive to my first call and was able to come over and give me a quote fairly quickly. After some discussion we agreed that the new fence was too green to be safely stained (it was pressure-treated pine) and it needed a couple of months to dry-out and season. By the time it was ready to stain the rains came and lasted for a couple months. We needed about 6 days of clear, forecasted weather to pressure clean the fence, let it dry and then do the staining without it raining in between as every time it rained it splashed mud back up on the fence. Long story, short, after a couple months we finally got the clear forecast and he was able to come over and take care of everything in quick order. Elias not only sprayed the stain on the fence but he back-rolled it to make sure there was very even coverage. He did both sides of the fence and needed to go to into the neighbors yard to do that. I arranged for access with my neighbors but he handled the specific access time on his own. Also, while he was doing the pressure cleaning he also pressure cleaned some concrete pavers, a deck and front sidewalk that were not in the original scope - all for no extra charge! All-in-all, Elias did a great, professional job and i would highly recommend him.

Elias and his assistant Carlos were prompt and reliable. Along with pressure cleaning my wooden deck, he cleaned a shed/roof and small attached deck, my driveway, whole house including windows/hurricane shutters at no extra charge "as long as the equipment is out". As it turned out, I did not like the deck color I originally chose, so Elias restained it with another color at no extra cost and it looks terrific! The rotten fascia was replaced, caulked, and painted, and gutters reinstalled quiickly and efficiently. The inside ceiling in my front hallway was damaged and stained due to a roof leak. Elias cleaned it, primed it with a stain block and repainted it like new. He explained everything ahead of time, went out of his way to help me and did a lot of little extras. I have several more projects to be done in the future and I will definitely be calling on Elias to help me out with all of them!

Thank you, than you Angie?s List. I have just had gutters cleaned out, a walk way and wooden deck pressure washed, and the deck resealed by Elias Kessep of Gables Pressure Cleaning and Painting. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Kessep. He was very accommodating with my schedule and the weather. He also replaced some of the old boards in the deck. His price was very fair. For the additional carpentry work we worked out a trade with some equipment that I had available. This caused some confusing with the final payment., but Mr. Kessler came to me to tell me I had over paid him!!!! How great to know that one is working with an honest person who is looking out for their client. In addition to the work that we had agreed he would do, he stained a wooden deck chair, re-caulked a new door and overhang installed by another contractor, and tacked up a loose exterior molding strip that I could not reach. He was conscientious and responsive?very client orientated. Again, very grateful to Angie?s List and to Mr. Kessler for this encounter and the work that he performed.

This provider is terrific. I have used him 3 times. He is always professional, on-time, reliable and does great work. He is also very fairly priced and offers ideas for how to make things less expensive if possible. I highly recommend this company.

The pressure wash of the roof went okay. The process took some of the color out of the cement roof, but the owner, Elias, tested a small portion and alerted me that this was a possibility. I approved going ahead as the roof had stains and needed improvement. However, the beautiful, circular colored concrete driveway was damaged in the pressure cleaning. The owner did not test a portion of the driveway and did not tell me that it would remove the color. If he had, I would not have had the driveway cleaned. When I contacted the owner about the situation, he said he could not assist with the restoration or be responsible. To me, this is like taking a your nice suit to a dry cleaners and after the suit is damaged, the cleaner saying they can't be responsible because their process damaged your suit. The entire point of having the driveway pressure washed is to improve the appearance. Below is the email exchange. You can decide if this is the type of service you want. --- Me: Unfortunately, there was quite of bit of color that was removed from the driveway. Both the main part of the driveway and the darker border were impacted. I?m disappointed with this result, as the driveway was significantly damaged by the cleaning. I knew that was a possibility from the roof, however, I did not want to remove the color from the driveway. What do you recommend? Elias: Wow, that's not good. The other tenants did a poor job staining it. Well, the only alternative is to seal it again, however, Sherwin Williams has a good sealer call Tough Guard. Me: Does Tough Guard restore the missing color? Elias: you need to pick a color that's close enough to existing one. The prior owners most probably used Behr concrete stain and Home Depot products are mostly a domestic low in solids type of product, so it doesn't last very much. Me: I don?t know anything about this product or this process. Since the removal of the color is a result of the pressure washing, it would be helpful if you assisted in the restoration. You were diligent in testing an area of the roof and seeking my approval, which I appreciated. However, the same attention was not given the driveway. Either too much pressure or brushing was used, which removed the color. Please make this correct. You have excellent reviews on Angie?s List and I selected your company for that reason. You have stood behind your quality work, which is why I chose you. Elias: Sorry, Contractor cannot be responsible for old surfaces that the stain or paint peel off due to pressure cleaning.

I have had occasion to use the services of Elias at Gables Pressure Cleaning & Painting in the past and had no hesitation to contact him when another round of pressure cleaning of the exterior of my home was called for -- and he surprised me by recalling the details of his last visit. He is prompt and informal, though always business like at the same time. After putting my initial call for service on Angie's List, Elias stopped by to discuss what needed to be done and give me an estimate. We walked the property and he pointed out everything he felt needed his attention, which was about everything on the exterior. He set the date for the work to be done and when finished we walked the property to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. And it was! He even brought my multicolored tile roof back to its original sheen. He took some before and after pictures, which I need to remember to ask him to scan to me. We have talked since on some follow up work that I will need to have done on the house. He seems to be a jack-of-many-trades. If he can't do it himself, he can certainly recommend someone fair-priced and trustworthy. I would recommend Gables Pressure Cleaning & Painting to anyone without hesitation. You won't be disappointed.

Better call this guy. He's excellent. I've used pressure washing services in the past but 'Gables Pressure Cleaning and Paint' is far better than any of the competition. Professional service in every way.

I own a rental and I do not live near the area. I called Gables Pressure Cleaning because he has a LLC. I spoke to Elias, very professional and very knowledgeable with what I was asking for. Elias then was outstanding with the communication with the tenant. I was quoted a reasonable price for what we discussed, I also wanted before and after pictures which I was emailed. This was a two day job and Elias went above in the pressure cleaning taking care of the surrounding fences, which I didn?t even think of. Elias did get a break in the weather and was able to coat the roof and stain the deck. Professional quality work was performed in a timely manner.
