Elias communicated his schedule and when he arrived, he explained his work plans very well. He did a very nice job and completed same day. My wife commented that the painted areas of the house look far better now.

It didn't go at all...As a Commercial Heating & Refrigeration contractor I myself am very aware of professional customer care service, in giving clear and specific times of arrival, and if time is altered due to traffic, or I'm on if I'm going to be longer on a previous job, I MAKE SURE I NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER OUT OF RESPECT... Communications with this guy VIA TEXT was on a Wednesday, and he stated Friday or Saturday he could come out, but he would know until tomorrow (((Thursday)))...Well Thursday comes around No text, OR PHONE CALL.. Friday comes around NO TEXT OR PHONE CALL, Saturday Comes around while I'm not at home, I get a text from him ((I'm on my way"))... For a so called business owner (((ON ANGIE'S LIST))) to ***-Sume that people have nothing better to do with their time, but to just sit home, twirling their thumbs, waiting on stand by for 72 hrs he is obviously delusional, and more Important IRRESPONSIBLE.. . On top of that, he had a bad attitude, when I questioned him of not contacting me Thursday as to AT LEAST THE DAY HE WOULD BE COMING... In the military we called this the behavior the (( 5 or 6 P's )) PoorPreparationProducesPissPerformance... I prefer to use Company's that can get the job done correctly the first time, and or are responsible enough to staying in contact with the customer, when things change, which is completely understandable, because it shows that the service company not only appreciates you choosing them, but that the utmost of respect of the customers time is understood,and acknowledged...

House is in much better shape and looks the best it ever has looked.

Eli did an amazing job. He was very responsive. He came to give me an estimate the day after I called him and did the work a few days later. He definitely takes pride in what he does as he was very meticulous. Plus the price was less than what I was budgeting for, so it was a win all around.

Elias couldn't have been more responsive and eager to help us out. We needed a qualified contractor to repair a gutter and pressure wash the house of a client as quickly as possible. Elias made it happen and did a great job. He kept us in the loop when he would be on the job and then followed up when completed. Eli looked at our siding and determined that it did not need painting. He pressure washed the siding, doors, patio, sidewalk, driveway, back porch and front porch. Afterwards, it was immaculate. He purchased paint for the front door, shutters, and the roof over the bay window. He returned a second day and painted those items along with several corners of the wood trim at the roof line. He is very detail oriented and he did a good job. He returned later when the paint was dry to reinstall the strip that goes around the front door. The work has been completed and the exterior of the house looks lovely.

Service was prompt and friendly. Everything was perfect. I would definitely use this company again. Great work.

I contacted Gable Pressure Washing on Thursday and they agreed to be here first thing Friday. He arrived promptly and provided me with a satisfactory quote. He pressure washed my driveway, sidewalk, front porch, curb and gutter along the street and my brick mailbox. He was very professional and engaging. Very pleased with Elias and his work. Responded quickly, price was in line, communicated well in regards to letting me know eta & arrival, & cleaning was done as expected. He didn't just pressure wash, but took the time to make sure cleaning was done correctly/completely. I was also impressed with the way he takes care of his tools. You can tell a lot about a contractor by the way he maintains his tools & equipment.

Elias does excellent work at a very reasonable price and I highly recommend him for any type of work you need done on your home. He called me right away, then went out to to my rental houses and gave me an estimate. He clearly described what needed to be done, gave me options to choose from as well as his honest opinion of the most practical solution, and he did exactly what he promised and never tried to upsell me. He sent photos before, during and after the pressure washing and carpentry work was done. I was quite impressed with his knowledge and carpentry skills and how quickly he diagnosed where the leak was coming from. He neatly replaced the rotted wood on the eaves, sealed, primed, and painted them and removed a damaged column from the front porch, within 2 days time. He cleaned up the mess and hauled all the debris away. He was very polite and friendly to me and my tenant. I will definitely be hiring him for my next project!
