 + -1 moreThis was a great experience, they were able to come in a timely manner, did their job and a little bit more and cleaned up after themselves. We had to have the washing done because we live in a rather restrictive area. The city zoning department required that the work be done within a week.
Description of Work: They came out and performed an estimate for pressure washing the roof and the sidewalks, and when they came out to do the work, they did not only what we agreed to, but that little extra effort that made the house just beautiful. We will be using them again when we need to do some exterior painting.

 + 1 moreEven though he is a little slow on meeting deadlines, the work was good quality. If I felt something was not done to my satisfaction, he corrected without an argument. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work he did.
Description of Work: Exterior paint for 2-story house with significant trim - with 22 windows with shutters. He also pressure washed the barrel tile roof and painted it. Detail work also included sealing cracks and chips in stucco.
