For years I have done my own pressure washing but last spring I had injured my hand and couldn't do it myself. I hired Elias at Gables Pressure Cleaning and was very pleased. This spring my hand is much better but I'm hiring Elias again because he was so efficient and professional last year - he washed the whole house in the time it usually takes me to do the pool deck and at a very reasonable price. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Fantastic! They did a superb first-rate job! The roof tile from dirty black back to the original snowy white color! They replaced all the rotted wood on the roof over hangs/soffits. All the work was meticulously done. The owner of the company and his crew are extremely courteous and professional.

Excellent . There were some really stubborn stains and Elias came back a week later and took care of them. He is a consummate professional who takes pride in his work, which is rare in Miami.

It is only a few weeks after Irma, but I was not in a rush. They came out and gave an estimate that seemed ok--$150 for the pation, $100 for the gutters. I asked when they would come--on Wed they told me next week. I texted again on Friday, they told me Tues or Wed. I asked again over the weekend for the day and time and received again Tues or Wed. Monday night at 9pm I get a text--they are coming the next day at 9am. I texted back that I could not be there, but can leave the gate open and will mail a check after I see the work had been completed. They insisted that I leave a check in the mailbox. I offered to reschedule and was told to find another company. I say your true colors show in unusual times. They have lots of business now but obviously don't care about professionalism. And to ask me to just leave a check for $250 when I have never even met them in person just seems crazy to me.

GPCP pressure cleaned my home after Hurricane Irma wreaked havoc on my landscaping and covered every surface of my property in dirt and debris. Elias quickly responded to my request for cleaning and arrived promptly at the scheduled time. My home/property look amazing! After a rough post-Irma week I finally feel at home again!
