This company was beyond great! Elias Kessup, the owner, was punctual, personable, humble, a hard worker, and there aren't enough positive adjectives to describe him. He did superb work and went above and beyond. His pricing was excellent, and the finished product outstanding. It was wonderful to see someone so grateful for work. I will definitely use him again!

Eli was punctual, courteous, and did more than I asked for less than he originally quoted. I will be using him again on Monday for an even bigger project. Excellent work. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Elias, the owner, emailed back within 2hrs of my email posting. He gave me a reasonable price and scheduled for the following day. He was on time and very professional, and did an excellent job. I will use him again.

Amazingly responsive. Within a few minutes of sending my Angie's list message, Eli had texted and called me, we agreed on the estimate by phone after I described our house/job, and he did it the next day. Very professional and clearly he values his (well-deserved) good reputation through Angie's list and wants you to be completely happy.

Elias Kessup is very professional, experienced and goes above and beyond in order to please his customer. I wanted to find more things to have him work on. He is dependable and communicates well as the project goes on. It was a great surprise to get the before and after photos on my smartphone!

I was expecting it to be more expensive, he said the gutters were fine and that they just need to be cleaned out. They are very reasonable and very easy to communicate with. They are also very reliable.

Mr. Kessep is professional, personable, and knowledgable. He takes the time needed to explain the problem and the work necessary. He provides an estimate of his charges for the work needed up front and then charges less if the work required was less than he originally anticipated. He may not be the cheapest but we think we can trust him to do the job well and correctly. We will be calling on him for other work in the future.

I called Gables Pressure Cleaning because it has been a couple of years since the rain gutters have been cleaned out, and I do not do ladders anymore. There are some repairs that need to be made to the corners of the wood under the gutters, and he could do it, but I am not ready at this time. I will call him to make arrangements for that later in the summer.

Prior to contacting Mr. Kessep I read all available Angie's List reports. I was sum what skeptical a contractor could have so many satisfied customers. I was very pleased with Eli's work. He did more than was asked of him. I recommended Eli to my son-in-law who contracted a pressure washing and deck cleaning agreement. He is also pleased with the work and price. Mr. Elias Kessep is a true professional. I even recommended him to preform work for my wife's family. He's honest, fair and trustworthy.

Put simply, it was a pleasant experience.

Elias contacted me immediately after I requested his services through Angie's list. He showed up the same day, on time and review my gutter. His honesty impressed me. He showed me pictures of the gutters and mentioned that they were in good condition and did not require any cleaning at this point. I really appreciate his professionalism. I will use his service in the future.

Extremely professional. Elias stopped by the house and left an estimate as well as called me to discuss it while he was on premise. Set up appointment for the service. He arrived as scheduled, even texted pictures of the process and how is was looking. Texted when completed to make sure everything I wanted was completed. Called the following day to make sure I was happy with the work. Elias is definitely on my speed dial for cleaning year after year!

Elias did a great job. He responded to my inquiry quickly and the estimate and work were done in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and the work quallity was very good. Elias was great. He was very prompt in his response to my request. He was priced reasonably. He pressure washed my awnings that had been covered with spider webs, cleaned out my gutters and pressure washed my garage. He did an excellent job. He also threw in my patio - bleaching and cleaning them at no charge. He was thorough and took pictures of the gutters so I could see they were cleaned out. He even relocated a birds nest to a nearby tree at my request! I would highly recommend this business for their professionalism and quality.

I am very happy with my decision to use Gables Pressure Cleaning. It was a good experience from start to finish. I contacted them through Angie?s List on Saturday afternoon and received an immediate phone call in return. The owner (Elias) said he would come by to give me a quote that Monday based on what I had requested. I had requested: Pressure washing the entire house Driveway Porch Deck Fence Large patio And depending on the quote I wanted to add staining the deck and fence as well as sealing the large patio. I received the quote as expected on that Monday and was happy with the price. He said he could move forward with the work Friday to pressure clean and the following Monday to stain and seal the patio, deck and fence. The work was completed on time, on budget and as expected. There was no surprises. This is my first time using Angie?s list and for me it was well worth the money. It allowed me to easily find a reputable, dependable person to do the work I needed. I plan to eventually use Gables to replace a railing on the front porch and paint the outside of the house when needed. I will also use the every couple of years to redo the pressure washing and sealing as needed. Thanks Elias for an honest job well done.

Elias responded as soon as I emailed him for a quote. He came out the next day and had a quote on my door when I got home. I had two other companies that I had contacted for quotes, but neither responded....at all. I didn't get the opportunity to meet Elias before he did the work, but found him to be very professional and courteous on the phone. The work he did was wonderful, he went above and beyond his quote, not only cleaning my gutters/screen/siding/and some roofing, but cleaning our front porch, driveway, and sidewalk. He also rinsed all of the siding and windows around the house!! He let me know what he was doing without prompting. I had some concerns about the chemicals and my siding, so he came back the next day to re-rinse the siding with water!!! He always was only concerned with whether or not the job was done well and to my satisfaction. One of my screens did get torn, but as soon as I brought this up to Eli, he was willing to fix it immediately. I was going out of town, so he credited me more than the cost of the screen repair on the original quote for the job. He has checked in, since the job was done, just to make sure I was still satisfied and that I the screen repair was not a problem. Not only does my house look great, I feel I've found a professional that I can trust. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family (and have). I still haven't met Eli, this all was done through e-mail and via phone, but I would have no concerns about hiring him again.

Very prompt and professional, the work was done when promised and exceeded my expectations. The deck in particular looks amazing, and I have had multiple people comment on how good it looks. The owner took great pains to make sure that the work was done right and that I was happy with the job, which I was. Would definitely use again, and have passed his card on to multiple friends.

Elias called back the same day, came by the next day and gave me a bid and started work the following day. He followed up with me to ensure everything was fine. It was an easy and nice experience.

He seemed knowledgable about his craft, and I was left with the feeling he would perform a solid job after our brief conversations. I recommend you compare prices with at least a couple other vendors. May be more appropriate for large scale jobs... My job may not have been worth his time, so he bid it at a premium price???

Mr Kessep is a knowledgeable and skilled professional. He carefully completed the "regular" tasks like caulking, painting and concrete repairs. He successfully replaced some rotted wood on the exterior. This required above average carpentry skills. Mr Kessep went beyond my expectations by installing wood trim to cover repairs to cracks that had been caused by settling. He also installed trim around the base of several columns. His trim work really improved the appearance of the house. Mr Kessep does fine work and will make helpful suggestions beyond the scope of the job. He kept me well informed during the project, made me aware of problems and offered solutions within my budget.. I believe the fee I paid was fair to both of us.

Was very please overall :) Elias Kessep was profession and personable :) He communicated well by phone and e-mail about times he was coming and his proposal :) He listened to what we needed done and did a detailed job :) He also pointed out things that need attention(brick repair and rotten wood) :) He mentioned the projects he can do and the others he recommended someone and is bringing them by :) I have already recommended Elias Kessep to a neighbor who came by :)

Elias will work in rain, sleet and cold. He is a very conscious person and strive very hard to give you the best results. He makes sure that the job is exceeds your expectations. Put forth the effort - but diod not follow through with return

They did a very good job. They came in, did their work and cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied. I would rate them highly.

I called for a quote on gutter cleaning. The estimate was provided in a timely manner, we agreed on the price that day and the job was performed the following day. The job was performed quickly and with attention to detail. I was very pleased with the work and would use the company's services again.

Mr. Kessep did a spectacular job in ridding our siding of algae, by pressure washing it, the outside of the house has not sparkled like this since we first bought it. He also pressure washed off the wooden back stairs/platform and I honestly had forgotten what it looked like when clean, was night and day difference. In addition he did a small repair on a sagging gutter. I called Mr. Kessup on a Friday, he drove over on Saturday for the estimate then did the job on Monday, so was done extremely promptly. This would be a useful service for anybody who wants their exterior house freshened up. It would be indispensable, in my opinion, for someone trying to sell a house to have Mr. Kessup pressure wash it, really makes the house gleam.
