Elias was great!! He communicated quickly efficiently, and because I was in a time crunch allowed me to send pictures and email to expedite the process. Our deck looks beautiful - we'll be coming to him with any jobs or maintenance in the future, for sure! Couldn't have been a nicer experience!

I had a great experience! Elias answers his own phone and told me when I could expect him to come buy for the estimate. After I received the estimate and told him I wanted him to do the work he made arrangements to do the pressure washing on Friday and the staining on Monday. He did a great job and I would recommend him if you need this type of work done.

Punctual and reliable. Good attention to detail and frequently touching base on progress and on decision points that arise during the work. Excellent pep work with some carpentry of replacing some deteriorating fascia.. Works hard for a good product, and delivers on his promise.

Our house is on a wooded lot with many large old trees, which means truckloads of leaves fall each year. The rain gutters tend to get clogged with compacted leaves. Our house is built on top of a hill with single story on one side, two stories on the downhill side with the ground sloping away from the foundation. This results in a height greater than two stories at some points from the ground to the gutters. We also have a barrel tile roof, which makes access to the gutters from above difficult, if not impossible. All of this makes safety a primary concern when hiring someone to clean our gutters. Elias Kessep of Gables Pressure Cleaning was able to clean our gutters safely and efficiently. He appeared to have the proper equipment and experience, which gave me confidence. He told me he typically might have charged a little less, but that because of the size of the job (we have a large house) and the difficult access at some points he would have to charge $400.00, which I believe is fair and reasonable, considering. Elias is a hard worker with a deliberate approach. He not only did an excellent job but took cell phone photos of the gutters so I could see they were perfectly clean. He reattached a loose section of gutter and even took a photo of openings he found between barrel tiles and the base of a chimney, not visible from the ground, to alert me to a possible entry point where squirrels could enter our attic, which he did not have to do. I am planning on hiring Elias to pressure wash stucco, stone and paved surfaces of our property in the near future.

Elias responded almost immediately to my request for quote as I was ready to hire. He met me Tuesday and by Saturday the job was completed! He is professional, friendly, and a hard worker. He has a big rig that he tows from his truck, so it's not some small rental machine from Home Depot! This provides a stronger and faster wash and the areas that he cleaned look fantastic! He used a cleaning solution and method to protect my gardens where he sprayed the plants with water first, then did the cleaning followed by another plant rinse. He gave a very good price. It's SO nice to finally find someone of his quality to do this work. I HIGHLY recommend this company, you will NOT be disappointed! Elias and an associate dropped by in response to my request for gutter and downspout cleaning. They inspected all gutters and downspouts on my 3 story brownstone and told me to save my money--all gutters and downspouts were clear and clean. I asked them to return in better weather to clean all French drains and to discover the source of an old roof leak. They promised to call in March and we will set a time for them to work on the drainage system. Elias was punctual, helpful, personable and very professional. I look forward to working with him in March.

Eli was great. Not only did he clean the exterior of the home, including the gutters and eaves, he also cleaned our brick walkway, deck, garage door, and driveway. The deck had mold stains, and he was able to remove them with a special cleaning solution. I was amazed at how clean our brick walkway/steps looked after he was done. They had always looked dirty, even after we tried to pressure wash them ourselves. I would definitely recommend his services!

I hired Elias to clean out gutters and a french drain on a property we own. He was able to fit me in right before Christmas and was easy to communicate with. I have not inspected the work yet, but need to, although I have no reason to believe he did not do a good job. The reason I give Elias a "B" is that when the work was completed he asked how much he had quoted me and then said "oh yeah, that's the price." That seemed a little opportunistic to me. Also, he said he observed something that needed repairing on the roof which was great that he mentioned it to me however he did not take a picture. He said he should have and would stop back by and take a picture for me but he never did. He called me when he began the work and when he finished-- all told the work took no more than one hour and the cost was $200. For simple gutter cleaning, I think that is high. However, it was hard to find someone who cleans french drains...so maybe I paid a little bit of a premium for that. All in all, I may use Elias again. He said his specialty is pressure cleaning.

Elias came exactly when he said he was going to and did a great job cleaning my gutters. Price was exactly what he said it would be over the phone. He is prompt, fair, nice, professional and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend him to anyone on Angie's List.

Elias came over on a weekend day to see the house I needed pressure washed and give an estimate. I then called him about a week later to schedule the work. He was able to come by the next day and perform the work. He was good at communicating when he would be by and gave me a heads up when he was about 30 minutes from being done so I could run over there and pay him. The house looked great, he was able to lighten some brick mud staining that had been there a while. The driveway and walkways looked great and well as the other areas he cleaned! A+++

We took a picture and emailed it to them and he gave us an estimate. He took about 3 hours to clean and we were real pleased with the service. He had some great equipment and was able to clean the area in half the time we thought. I will call him again.

Awesome customer service! Eli acknowleged my request quickly, introduced himself and the company, gave a fair estimate for the work and promptly arranged to do the work next day! He showed up as planned, and even texted me at work to let me know he had arrived with a picture of his truck in front of my house!
