Great job removing dirt, mildew, and black mold from pourous pavers. Had used 2 other providers in the past who charged more and didn't do the job. They even got the pool coping sparkling clean without getting any dirt in the pool. Highly recommended!!

The terrific service, professionalism of Elias, and quick response made this all an excellent experience. He kept me informed of possible delay due to weather. His work is outstanding! Ely, the owner, responded to my call and was ahead of the time we had first scheduled. He started promply and worked to fully clean our brickways which had not been taken care of for about 8 years. The bricks looked good as new when the pressure cleaning was finished and then sealed . Sand was added between the bricks and the whole area looked like new. We were very satisfied with the work which was completed promptly and well done.

Elias showed up on time, set up all his equipment. the driveway was last done 5 years ago, so it really needed it. He spent the entire day working on the driveway and had to leave when it rained, but he didnt leave and come back. he waited it out! he re-sanded the driveway. all this while i was at work. I had left the check for him as i believe you should be paid for work completed. He followed up with me the following day by coming by before i left for work to ensure i was happy with the job.

The owner Elias came out, gave an estimate. We made an appointment, he contacted me the day before to confirm, showed up on time. He even helped me move some of the things i said i would have done before he arrived. Not only did he do all the work we discussed, but he did more and would not let me pay extra. He is a stand up man and a true business man! Thats how business use to be done. I would recommend to anyone! I have hired him for additional work to be done next week.

Although he has done my pressure cleaning for a few years now, since I was requesting a quote on the repairs and painting of the patio cement floor, he came by on the agreed date, at the agreed time. Elias is an extremely responsible and timely person. He has never left me waiting for him to show up. So, once he had quoted the job, we communicated thru Angie's and agreed it would be best to do the urgent part (pressure cleaning) right away, since the rest, as well as the roof pressure cleaning, which he does beautifully, had to wait a couple of months. Today he came at the agreed time, removed all my patio furniture (which thankfully is light), as well as the big planters I have around the pool. He brought his equipment and got to work. I wanted to leave him the money since I had to step out, but he insisted that I pay him after he finished the job, so I hurried back. Upon a careful inspection, I found a bright, clean and very, very nice looking patio. It is incredible how a good pressure cleaning can change a cement floor (mine is "stamped" cement, which is extremely porous, old, and gets very dirty). Needless to say, Elias had once again outdid himself. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him for any patio/fence or roof pressure cleanings. He's also extremely personable and very respectful. I only wish all my contractors were THAT good! Thanks again, Elias. Please keep up your excellent job! See you soon for the rest of the job...

Eli was great. Responsive, set my expectations, and met my expectations. I called him and described what I wanted to do, he went out to my townhouse, looked at the job, and gave me a good quote. He said he would do the Job on Monday morning, and sure enough, Monday morning came around and the job was done. He even sent me a text message with a picture of the job without me even having to ask. Great overall experience.

Carefully explained the scope of the work and what was needed. He explained step by step what to do with the horrible and draconian North Miami Beach Building and Zoning in order to properly complete this work.

Would use again in a minute. Elias is honet and punctual and did a great job.

Elias was prompt in answering my emails/text. Met on time to give an estimate and was approved. Showed up on time for the job and worked carefully and professionally during the day. He suggested to come back next day to apply another coat of paint to room and did so. Satisfied with his work and would consider him again for future projects.

Terrible. I am beginning to question the value of the reviews on Angie's List. Gables Pressure Cleaning & Painting (Elias Kessep) was rated as one of the highest providers in Nashville at the time I conducted my search. I got bids from Gables and two other highly rated providers at the same time. Gables came in a couples hundred dollars less than the other providers. However, based on the glowing reviews on Angie's list, that did not set off any warning bells. We met in the fall and agreed on a price. We had a few mis-communications on work timing (something others point out in their reviews), and it got too late in the year, so I postponed the work until Spring. One thing that Elias did not give me was an official quote for the work (another missed warning sign). I sync'ed back up with him in the March timeframe, and after some additional mis-communication, we finally got the work completed in late April (or so I thought). After reviewing the work, I noticed a lot of missed areas and not much attention to detail. I also noticed that Elias got sealer and stain on my house in several areas (most people mask that off). The worst part was the deck. It looked terrible. It looked like someone sprayed the stain haphazardly and was very uneven. I complained about it, and Elias came back and re-stained the deck (I paid for all the stain). It looks a lot better than it did, but it still doesn't look great. The driveway sealing doesn't look good either. Another company did the exact same work for me a few years ago, and their work looked fantastic. Unfortunately, they are no longer in business, so I had to find an alternate provider. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the work, the lack of attention to detail, and the professionalism of Elias. I sent him an e-mail about the situation today, and this is what i got back (direct quote) - "You gotta be NUTS". I would urge everyone to think twice before hiring this company/person to do anything. I have plenty of pictures for anyone who wants to see what my complaints are. I'm also happy to talk to anyone about it.

Update: Previous to Gables Pressure Cleaning and Painting working on my home I had tented the house for termites. During the tenting process several barrel roof tiles were cracked. While inspecting my home previous to the pressure cleaning service, GPCP informed me of the damage to the roof tiles. I let them know that I was aware of the damage and would have them fixed at a later date. Imagine my surprise when GPCP returned to my home and fixed the damaged tiles free of charge!! Truly outstanding customer service!! Can't wait to see GPCP work their magic painting my home's interior!! Let me preface this review by saying that I'm not someone who writes reviews but....wow!! I can't believe my home's transformation!!! Owner Elias Kessep did an outstanding job, exceeding all my expectations. He was punctual, professional, very fair in pricing and a true pleasure to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend Gables Pressure Cleaning and Painting and plan to use them to paint the interior of my home.

The cost was $1,100. It ended up being a little bit less than his estimated quote because we opted out of certain areas. We appreciated him being reasonable and honest with the pricing.

Elias contacted me within a few hours of my leaving him a voicemail requesting a quote. He was very professional and clearly explained the process, so I scheduled an appointment to meet. He arrived on time, listened to my explanation of work needed, and offered options for what he could do to accomplish my goals. He maintained good communication with me throughout the process. The power washing and staining of my fence look very good. I also had him power wash and seal the walkway and driveway; which also look great. I am very happy working with Elias and have asked him to do additional work for me. Thank you Elias for a great job!

He came out at 6 a.m. on 3/20/14. He scraped the paint off, sanded it smooth, caulked areas, primed them and then painted all the spots. He did an excellent job. The fascia boards look great now. I would hire him again.

Slow communication. Not clear in e-mails. Promised a good price and kept saying "it won't be too much." I cannot believe this amount of work is worth $800. Even if the paint were laced with diamonds and had a lifetime warranty.

I called Gables Pressure Cleaning Co. this morning. We set up 2:00pm for him to come out today. He arrived on time. I showed him what needed to be done, he made some very good suggestions and gave me a price. I accepted it. He had his equipment with him. He pressure cleaned all gutters & fascia boards on my house. Then he pressure cleaned my front steps and walkway plus the entry court walls to my front door. He also cleaned some of the white bricks on my house that had molded and turned green. The house and entry court look amazing. My house is approx. 4,000 sq.ft. and he did a fantastic job on it. I would hire him again . In fact, I asked him if he would paint some of the fascia boards around my house . He will do that in a future job. He takes his work very seriously and makes some very good suggestions that improves your house.

Went great! Called Elias and he was doing a job, said he'd come check out what I wanted him to do after he finished. We met an hour or two later and he took care of work I wanted done. Super responsive and job went well. Elias aims to please!

Fantastic! Everything looked great. When I got home for work it looked like a new driveway and side walk had been poured. I could not believe the tree sap, dirt and grime form many years neglect could be removed. Extremely thorough and professional service!

We contacted with Elias to pressure-clean our entire house. He did an excellent job. We found a couple of spots that required touching-up and we found him eager to come back and do everything in his power to please us. And he went further on his second trip to fix a loose flashing and gutter. We will definitely use him again and recommend him highly!
