About a year in a half ago contractor use to lived in Nashville TN and in the pass did work for this customer. However, due my moms health I was forced to moved back to Florida in order to take care of my mom. Then, Mrs. [Members Name] called me back for additional work and I explained to her that I don't live anymore in Nashville and recommended another Angie's List company and she agreed. So, I was surprised that I had received a review from her based on the other company performance. It must have been an oversight on her part since my current reviews from a year ago are all from Dade County Florida. Elias

Customer desired quote on pressure cleaning two story barrel tile roof, however due to tennis knee injury I can't apply pressure on injured knee by climbing on ladders and working on two story roof with a difficult roof pitch. So, I immediately notified customer of injury and recommended to find another company. Everything else is commentary.

Description of Work: This provider stained our double deck area. He guaranteed his work for 3 years, so be very careful on the end result. A year later we asked him to come back to repair the deck that was peeling. He refused to repair the deck and was very egotistical about how he didn't owe us anything. Unfortunately with Angie's list the only recourse we can do is report him to several agencies in Florida and the Better Business Bureau, which we intend to do. I am very disappointed and agree with the other "F" that he was given by a previous customer. We also agree with everything he said about the workmanship. We hope that you will not have to experience the same things that we did - you are free to contact us to ask any questions.

Description of Work: Mr. Kessup is an excellent worker and provides A1 services for a very reasonable price. I called last week to have my patio pressure cleaned as every year, only to find out to my dismay that he had left Miami and moved to Tennessee. He was find enough to recommend another company, which was absolutely excellent. Its name is D & E Artistic Touch. They also repair concrete and paint. I was very satisfied with their service, They came to give me a quote to which I happily agreed and when I asked iwhen they could do the service, they said they had all their equipment and proceeded to clean. It took approximately 1.6 hours and came out white as snow. I do not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. My "black" patio, is now very white and clean. This is one happy customer! (And my most sincere thanks to Mr. Kessup - once again, he came thru. My best regards!)
