Guy came himself to do the work. He checked out the system, adjusted several sprinkler heads, and even traded out a few of them for ones better suited to their tasks at no extra cost to me. Most important to me, he very patiently explained and showed me how he was adjusting everything so I could do it myself in the future. He was very personable and professional. I feel I got much more than I paid for, especially since mine was such a small job.

Guy was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. After thoroughly explaining irrigation system options he recommended a reasonable solution. There was no pressure to purchase unecessary options. After installation Guy walked me through the operation, including how to winterize the system. The system installed works great. We were very happy with this experience and highly recommend Guy Kelly for sprinkler system installation.

Everything went very well. They were on time and did a great job. They cleaned everything up after and we are happy with the service.

We choose Guy Kelley Irrigation from Angie's list and invited him to come to our home and provide an estimate for a sprinkler system. He was rated very highly on Angie 's list and deservedly so! Guy provided a fair estimate with no surprises! He did what he said he would do for the price he quoted. He and his crew arrived timely and made sure the yard was cleaned up prior to their departure. The crew and Guy conducted themselves in a polite and professional manner . When then sprinkler system work was complete, my husband asked who was responsible for reseeding the lawn. After a brief discussion my husband offered to split the cost with Guy to reseed the areas of the lawn that had been distrubed during the installation. Guy took a moment and then said that his crew would be out on Monday to reseed at no additional charge. Guy Kelly received very high ratings on Angie's list and now we know why! We would highly recommend him!

They did an excellent job as they were all very skilled with water irrigation repair and installation as well as courteous to the customer. Guy and his team are very professional in their approach to the art of irrigation and customer service. I would like to see them utilize a more professional quote process, inclusive of forms, written quotes and billing.

Received a $750.7 water bill for the month of June. Knew that something was wrong. Looked up company for water leaks on Angie's list and called Guy Kelley. Office staff were very pleasant and helpful in scheduling my appt and determining my needs. Mr . Kelley called prior to the visit to discuss situation and gave me several suggestions and told me what to expect and what might be going on. Service tech called before visit, showed up on time and checked both my house water line and irrigation line for leaks. None were found. Did find that irrigation settings were set for long periods of watering at night, which we were not aware of. We have since unplugged automatic timer/controller for water irrigation system, because during power surges, etc. the clock is off and the water can be running at times or for lengths that are not needed. Would definitely use this company again. Did not try to oversell services or add-ons. Straight up addressed problem and provided solutions.

It went well. I was very fortunate. Mr. Kelly was able to come in and get my system functioning correctly. They came when they said they would come and the things that I pointed out, they paid attention to.

Excellent! Guy spent a couple hours with me laying out the design and answering every question in detail. I never felt like he was rushed or had some other place to be. In fact, he got a couple of calls during this time, and just told them he would have to call them back. He went over the types of sprinkler heads and why I needed specific types in specific areas of the front and back yards. After getting 3 other estimates, I decided to go with Guy, based mostly on his obvious knowledge of the business, professionalism and great attitude. His was one of the higher estimates, but I absolutely have no regrets. The crew showed up when expected and got most of the job done the same day, which was impressive given how many lines had to be run in the 3 zones. They finished the job quickly the next morning. Guy then came out to make the final adjustments to all the heads, and again, went over everything with me and answered all my questions. He gave me an in-depth review of all the controller's functions and recommended settings (days to water, duration of each zone, etc.). His crew was very professional, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up everything when done. They went over the controller's basic functions with me and didn't leave until I was satisfied. I did notice that there was one small area which was not getting enough water. Guy sent the crew back out to add one more head. He didn't ask for payment until everything was complete and I was satisfied.

Guy showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price. Very positive experience.

It went ok. We discussed it in great lengths and he said he knew what we wanted, but after the work was done it was different than what was agreed to. They did fix it though which I appreciate.

He has come out to fix broken pipes in the yard and weather proof the system for years. We found Guy through Angies list and LOVE HIM!!!

Guy and his men were professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I am now enjoying the savings of having a separate water meter for my sprinkler system. Guy Kelley Irrigation will be used for my future sprinkler system service needs.

Mr. Kelley promptly responded to my voicemail and answered my questions in a knowledgable manner. He provided an estimate for the services requested, which matched the final bill. His team showed up within the time I needed the work done and completed the job appropriately.

I had bought a new house and the sprinkler wasn?t working. So, they fixed the problem. They gave me an estimate and charged me $500 for the job. They did a great job. I gave the guy my address, he came out, and looked at the issue at hand. I talked to him on the phone and told him what the problems were. He came out and fixed it. I will use this company again in the future.

Left a message for Guy on a Saturday morning, he called back on Sunday advising me that it would be at least two weeks before he could start my job. I said I could wait since the other contractors I called from Angie's List either had not even called back or were only installing new systems. The following week Guy called me and said I had reached the top of the list and that he could be at my house on Tuesday afternoon because I was located close to his house I would be his last stop. I asked that he call me twenty minutes before his arrival time so I could leave work and meet him. This was really my only complaint since he seemed to severely misjudge the amount of time it would take to get from Mableton (somewhere off Floyd Rd) to Smyrna (by Market Village). I was home by 5 pm and he didn't arrive until 6:15. Based on the late hour he only had time to replace the broken head and determine that an existing zone should be relocated versus adding more heads to it. Guy walked me through how the zones were set up and shut off zones that did not need to run. We agreed to resume the rest of the job the next day at 5 pm and this time he and his assistant arrived earlier than I had anticipated. The assistant worked for 2 1/2 hours digging a new trench for the zone that was being moved while Guy spent most of his time on the phone with other customers and planning a trip somewhere. At the end of the repair he made sure the heads were adjusted for optimial spraying in their existing zones and reprogrammed the sprinkling times. I asked if he wanted me to write him a check and he said he would send me a bill after he entered my information into his computer. Although we never discussed the cost of the repair, I knew his price would be fair so I was not surprised to get a detailed invoice very reasonably priced within the next 10 days.

Call company, immediately responded. Workman fixed two leaking sprinkler heads and checked rest of system for leaks. Very professional and seemed to know what he was doing. Very reasonable and billed me the amount. I would definitely hire again and would not hesitate to recommend.

Overall, it is a pleasant experience working with them. He communicates very well, returns calls, show up when they say they will, and answer questions. They are professional and are very efficient in their work. I would definitely recommend using this company.

I was pleased. He was on budget. He gave us credit for things he didn t use and added in enhancements I requested. The net result was slightly higher than the original estimate but all entirely appropriate. He was on-time and his people worked late to finish on-time. He delivers a top notch, slightly higher end product with great customer service. As a result he will not be the least expensive provider but he is a value-oriented, cost effective solution. I am a repeat customer. I would use him again and would highly recommend him to others.

The work they've done has been great every time. I will not use another company to service our irrigation system.

Guy Kelley is the one who originally installed my system and I had a plumber do some work and they damaged my whole system. I called Guy Kelley to come and repair it and they did a great job. My entire system was practically ruined. He was able to repair it and replace what was needed for less than I paid to have it installed. It works fine now and I think they do a good job.
