This is a great company-I wish everyone were this professional! Guy responded promptly to my call and had someone out to me within a couple of days. The repair man was on time and worked diligently to find the problem. He finally located some wires that had been eaten through by rodents. Even though he had to dig up the area, it was put back in perfect order. He carefully checked to make sure all was working, and freed up the sprinkler heads in my front lawn that were covered by growing sod. He checked in with me periodically to update his progress. I could not have asked for a better experience at a more reasonable cost. This is the second time they have done work for me, and the first time was just as good as the second. I would recommend them without reservation!

This company communicated well through Angies List. They showed up on time and performed the work in about an hour to an hour and a half. Saved me a lot of headache and trouble from making multiple trips to the hardware store. The fee was very fair and the work was very professional. I would use this provider again.

Mr. Kelly is very professional. It was a busy time of season so it took several weeks before he could come out and view our property but he was very upfront about when he could get to our house. After he came out a proposal was submitted to us quickly. Once we hire him his crew was out in about a week and they knock out all the work in two days. We have the existing system overhauled with different sprinkler heads, and additional heads along with some additional line to water more areas in the yard. Mr. Kelly was professional, he was accurate and we have been very pleased.

Guy came by to give me an estimate. Was very professional. Was able to book me very soon during a busy season. His crew showed up on time and did the job flawlessly and very quickly.

I had a problem turning on my outside water in the spring. After three other plumbers and one other irrigation expert could not find the problem, Guy came and had my water turned on within a few minutes of looking at the problem. He was punctual, kind, thorough and successful. I highly recommend him!

The installer wanted to put the sensor on a piece of removal yard art which I find obsurd. Still not convinced it's in the best location. Additionally, I called with a concern about how it operates and I never recieved a return call of follow-up.

After reading Angie's list, I decided to call a couple of the top rated irrigation companies in Atlanta. Right off the bat, I liked Guy. Over the phone, he sounded honest, competent, and trustworthy. After having him over to the house to discuss the project, I was certain that his was the company to use. I can only echo all of the other positive experiences you will find on Angie's List. His pricing was very straight forward. The final price was exactly what he said that it would be. His crew was courteous and honored the couple of requests that I had on the placement of the valve boxes. I can't say enough good things about this company. Finding them made joining Angie's List something I now recommend to everyone.

He was very busy and could not get to the service I needed in time for the last job I had, but he is great and very nice. He provides great service!

After receiving an extremely high water bill we called Guy Kelley because of all the great reviews on Angie's List. Initial call to office was pleasant and scheduling was easy. I was told someone would be able to come by my house within the next 2 days and since the entire system was outside and not locked, I was told I didn't need to be home. I explained to the scheduler that we had a very high water bill that kept increasing sine the sprinkler system had been turned on for the season and that we'd noticed a very large pool of standing water in the yard which I suspected might be a leak. I asked them to also do a checkup on the timer and make adjustments they thought necessary, which the scheduler told me would cost $85, excluding any work related to a leak if they found one. Although I'm not sure whether the scheduler actually told me I would be contacted, I just assumed someone would call me either while they were on site or at least after the visit to discuss their findings. Seemed like a reasonable assumption to make. A couple of days passed and I heard nothing so I wasn't even sure if anyone had made it out to my house for the call. But 3 days later received a bill for the $85 I was quoted to reset the timer. I have no idea whether the person on site did a check for leaks (or if they did a check, what methodology they used), or whether they were even aware of or knew to look for the pool of water in the front yard. I can't say whether the service was thorough or professional because I have no idea what was done or even when it was done for that matter - from the massive amounts of good reviews, I assume this company is good at what they do. I received a bill for the amount I was quoted, so I can't complain too much, but I feel like a service provider owes you some follow up on a call like this where they were tasked with searching for a problem, which is now still unsolved on my end.

Outstanding. Guy was on time, thoroughly explained the job. There was no upselling, just "here is what you need". The system has been in for a year now and runs great. Guy came back out once to show me how to drain the system for winterization. His team even stopped by and fixed a broken head at no cost. Great experience all around. Very happy with the level of professionalism and quality of work.
