Carpet looks great, smells great, and dried even faster than he said it would! Alfredo and his crew were on time, courteous and professional. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Would highly recommend and use again.

I received an approximate estimate over the phone and once the owner arrived at my home and looked at the areas to be cleaned, the estimate was very close to the final price. I added a room and subtracted a room and also added 3 area rugs, which then still all totaled around the estimate. The company was very responsive to my phone call and had an appointment within 2 days that worked in my schedule (I was having a holiday party) This is the best my carpet has ever looked. I have used 2 other carpet cleaning companies in the past and neither gave me these amazing results. We had several areas that needed to be treated separately due to an spots. The carpet looks very good and dried quickly. It has now been almost 3 weeks and the stains have not returned (like they did with another company after just a few weeks.) Great service and friendly staff!

I called and asked for an estimate and told them I had gotten their name from Angie's List. Alfredo gave me an estimate over the phone and I booked the appointment for the following week. They arrived when scheduled, did the job very well and left everything in order and clean. They put protective pads under the legs of the furniture to protect the carpeting. I paid the exact amount that was given to me in the estimate.

I think that he did a nice job and the people living there seem to be happy. I haven't seen the job that he did and it was my renter who was there when he delivered the service. I didn't have any complaints from my renter about the service.

I called Alfredo to get an estimate on cleaning LR/DR carpet and very badly stained white berber in our basement playroom. Alfredo and his team arrived on time, reviewed the situation and went to work. Our LR/DR carpet looks brand new and the white berber is much better than it was. They bought me some time before I have to replace it and that's exactly what I wanted. Alfredo and his team were polite, they went right to work and finished on time and within the estimate. I was very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Alfredo has cleaned my carpets annually for five years. He and his employees are always very professional and have done an excellent job. They were at my house for almost three hours today. My carpet was pretty dirty, and had quite a few stained spots. It looks great now. I will definitely call them again.

The crew of two, the owner and his son arrived on schedule and were pleasant. Although I had used them before, and had been very happy with the job performance, this time things didn't go quite as well. They didn't really move all of the furniture and there were some missed spots. I felt disappointed with this service.
