Duraclean Cleaning and Restoration

We have a finished basement and noticed some dark area near our door going outside. I asked Duraclean to come in and check and it was amazing how much mold they found and treated. Lots of carpet to replace but Duraclean stopped it from spreading into other areas like the walls. Very professional at all times and cleaned up when the job was finished. I strongly recommend this company !!

We had some major water damage from the builder and John and his team came in quickly, set up dryers, tested for mold spores and made sure my new home was fit to raise my children in. We are grateful for finding John and his staff. They were clean, kind and courteous. Would hire again without a doubt!

Yesterday, I had a beige rug cleaned by Justin. It was an old rug that had been stored in our basement for several years and had several ingrained dog urine stains and some other old stains from spilled drinks. Justin did a phenomenal job in removing most of the stains, and the ones that were not entirely removed because they had become entrenched over the years of storage, he was able to tone the stains down so that they are significantly less noticeable. As noted in many of the other reviews, Justin is very dedicated to his job of cleaning rugs and shares a lot of knowledge on how to treat stains going forward. In addition, the price was very competitive compared to the other rug cleaning companies with whom I obtained quotes. Further, within a day-and-a-half of my requesting a quote, Justin was at my house within the one-hour time frame I was given cleaning the rug; he spent n entire hour cleaning a 12x12 rug. Duraclean is a keeper.

Duraclean is thorough, professional and prompt. Most recently, they cleaned my sectional sofa. Justin was meticulous and gave me additional suggestions on how to spot clean (I have 4 dogs). The sofa looks and smells great. I highly recommend them!

Justin arrived early after calling to let us know he was on his way. He looked at the areas that we needed clean and gave us a quote. It was a little more than we were told on the phone, but admittedly square footage might have been more. We did not have any real problem areas, but he cleaned the carpets beautifully. He cleaned up when he was finished and worked withinthe time frame given. Great job!

I was somewhat hesitant of using a national franchise for carpet cleaning, but based on Google and Angie's List reviews decided on Duraclean to steam clean two bedrooms with closets, as well as clean the grout and tile in two bathrooms of a new condo. Duraclean did a very good job on both, and my bathroom floors looks vastly improved after the cleaning process got out years worth of dirt and grime. The process was clearly described prior to beginning, the technician knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions about the process. Would use Duraclean again.

The workman told me honestly that the grout couldn't be sealed because there was caulk applied where there should have been just grout. He cleaned it and I will address the issue.

My husband and I have two fur babies so , needless to say, we have our share of carpet troubles. We called Duraclean and spoke with John. He was the consummate professional with a friendly attitude. We scheduled an appointment with his team and this is how it went: Justin called my husband to let him know he was on his way. He showed up at the appointed time and that is BONUS points in my book! Not only did he give us tips on management of carpet with dog stains, he also took the time to explain certain things discovered while cleaning. The results were OUTSTANDING! I place a heavy emphasis on this because, prior to our using Duraclean, other carpet cleaning businesses left with some stains still remaining. Justin managed to turn old into new! Can't beat that deal ! We will be using this fantastic company in the future! You get exactly what you pay for and this was worth the price!

very easy to schedule my apppointment and the tech called early to ask if he could come abount an hour early. He described a few tips on home DIY advice and then went to work. Made sure the furniture was completely cleaned and back in it’s spot. I’ve got 2 dogs and a cat so I was very pleased to have the furniture cleaned up quickly and it looks great.

After the cleaning, the couches were very clean and fresh despite their age.
