Duraclean Cleaning and Restoration

This was the third time I have used Duraclean and I will continue to use them in the future. I can't recommend them enough! My mother has used them for years as well. Mr. Tovi is very professional and courteous, and he and his crew did a thorough job. The carpets and sofa look great! I appreciated that he took the time to walk through the house with me beforehand to discuss what areas I wanted cleaned, and also that he was honest with me about the cons of cleaning a sisal area rug (possible discoloration). Highly recommend!!

To help us with our spring cleaning, we hired Duraclean to clean the carpets, area rugs, sofas and outdoor cushions. Alfredo and his team provided us with excellent service-very knowledgeable, reliable, and trustworthy. What impressed me the most about them was their ability to clean a sofa and a few spots on our carpet that previous carpet cleaning companies claimed could not be cleaned. Upon finishing their work, all looked like new. I will definitely hire them again.

The price included scotch guarding everything. The team was incredible. They were polite, efficient, and took great care to clean even old stains that I did not think could be removed. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I used Alfredo and his crew to clean 12 pieces of furniture, including a large sectional and several sofas/chairs upholstered with delicate fabrics. Alfredo was incredibly responsive to my emails (I needed to change the date of service and had several questions prior to the appointment). He and his crew were extremely professional during the cleaning process. The furniture looks great and I was very pleased. I would not hesitate to use DuraClean in the future for any of the services they provide. Excellent experience.

Cleaned basement carpeting and steps after sick pet died. Did a remarkable job; better than I hoped.

Alfredo and his team were actually early, which was nice. They did an excellent job on the furniture and carpets. They moved the furniture in the basement and moved it back with protective pads. They were neat and very nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend Duraclean and will definitely use them again.

Our light-colored microfiber sofa has withstood six years of hard use by people and a dog, who uses it as a bed. Mr. Tovi and his crew restored it to like-new condition, except for two stubborn spots left from my DIY effort to remove a couple of stains. (I used a bunch of products, none recommended by the manufacturer, and actually ground the dirt further into the fabric.) Even those spots are less noticeable now and I just throw a pillow over them. The second sofa is a cotton print on our screened porch. It looks and smells like new. Third item is bedroom chair in a pale peach cotton fabric. Wow. It looks marvelous. I was about to donate it to the Atlanta Furniture Bank, and I'm so glad I didn't. I will certainly call DuraClean again. Mr. Tovi works right alongside his crew and they all are meticulous, efficient and thorough. Arrived right on time and finished in less than two hours. I highly recommend them.

From the minute I called to make the appointment, the customer service was great and it continued through the cleaning process. Alfredo and his team were very punctual, and after a brief assessment and conversation about what needed to be done, got right to work. They did not rush the job, but steadly went through cleaning each section until it was finished. The carpet looks new! I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend this company.

Alfredo just left my house, and I am extremely pleased with and relieved by the results of his work! He arrived a little early, which was fine with me, and was very professional. He was very careful with his work, wanting to make sure that he did not damage the fabric. He was able to get almost all the paint out. He was worth every bit of the money I spent, as it is a fraction of the cost of the chair itself and this was also not a big job for him, I know. I can now return the chair with a lot more confidence that they will take it back, and this is all thanks to Alfredo!! I will definitely use him again in the future, and I highly recommend him. It was fabulous, from his first greeting at the front door through his professional goodbye following completion of the carpet cleaning. His team was dressed professionally, spoke professionally, worked so quietly and professionally. His assessment of our carpet's condition and what we could expect from his services was honest and thorough. He hand-cleaned our high traffic areas and we were TOTALLY AMAZED with the results of the cleaning and with how incredibly the entire experience was.

Alfredo and his crew were on time, courteous and did a great job cleaning our couch and carpets and left everything very neat when they were done. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

I had Duraclean come out and clean all the carpet in my home. They arrived promptly at 9 when they said they would and Alfredo Tovi and his team were very professional. They did an excellent job and the carpets look amazing. I would definitely use them again.

When I called they were very helpful and scheduled an appointment right away. They were punctual and did a wonderful job on carpet that was old and it looked great when they finished. It was a difficult working situation because there were painters in part of the house and access was not so easy. They were great and worked very hard. I plan to use them again when I finish the renovation work here. Super company!!!!!

It went very well. He was very prompt and on time. He has a crew of 2 other people, but THE OWNER actually comes on site and supervises/performs the work.

They were as professional, thorough and prompt as I had expected. Alfredo and his two assistants worked very diligently and after an hour and a half, they revealed a much cleaner, brighter sofa! Their price quote was as expected and I even got the scotch guard fabric protector for extra money. I highly recommend this company.

When I called to ask about an appointment and costs, I actually spoke with the owner, Mr. Tovi. He was very pleasant and concise with his questions. He gave me a phone estimate and was able to do the work in the time period I needed, so we made an appointment. On the day of the work, they ran about 30 minutes after the appointed time, but called to let me know and arrived exactly when he said he would. Mr. Tovi and two other men arrived. They introduced themselves, and quickly went to work. They worked efficiently and were done in a very reasonable period of time. Mr. Tovi asked me to inspect the job upon completion. They did a remarkable job! I am sure my carpet has never been this clean, even when it was newly installed. Only three stains are still faintly visible, the rest looks new. I could not be more pleased with the price, quality of work, professionalism, and the results.

I called Alfredo after I saw the reviews on Angie's list and an appointment was set up for the next week. Alfredo and George arrived on time and finished the job within a couple of hours. They did a wonderful job and I'm thrilled with the results. They took a lot of care when doing the work and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend Duraclean to family and friends.

Got an immediate response when I called to make the appointment. They were able to come to my home within days of the first contact. they arrived ahead of schedule, but called first to confirm I was available. I had three area carpets that needed cleaning. They were able to get all three done. The owner was with the two other workers the whole time. The owner offered to apply a treatment to the high traffic area carpet since it was the only one that would benefit by it, but there was no pressure to purchase it. The whole experience was great. Will be sure to recommend them to anyone in the future.

Alfredo gave us a great price, and was so flexible with all the date changes. I never thought the carpets could look so good. Polite, Professional, and very good at what he and his crew do. We will recommend them to everyone who needs a geat carpet cleaner.

The owner was present at all times. Prompt, polite and on time. I live in a high rise condo and have had difficulty locating companies that have portable equipment capable of accomplishing such a task. I have a dear dog with allergies who tends to rub up against my upholstered furniture in an attempt to get relief for his itchy skin. Unfortunately this innocent act of his leaves a discoloration on my fabrics comparable to "bath tub ring" in the tub after a bath. I have an off white solid linen sofa and the edge of my seat cushions seems to get the brunt of this abuse. Extra time and care was spent in these areas. Upon completion there was a small portion of my upholstered bed that wasn't up to par with the rest of the job, but because they were through, I hesitated to say anything. Sensing that I wasn't happy he went back to his partner at their truck and brought up some supplies to touch up the area to my satisfaction. This company definitely wanted me to be pleased. I was, and would use them again. They have my recommendation.

My carpet is about 3 years old and had it done about a year ago. However, with 2 dogs (1 a pup) my carpet took a beating this year. I had contacted Duraclean and spoke with Alfredo. He came out to my home to look at the carpet and give me an estimate. Due to some heavy soiled areas, he anticipated some extra care would be necessary on those spots (which included stairs) and gave me what I thought was a fair price. On the day of the appointment, Alfredo called to let me know they may arrive a bit earlier than planned and wanted to make sure I was home. Alfredo and his team completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours. The carpet looked brand new again; especially the heavy soiled areas on the stairs. I was extremely pleased with their work, the clean up afterward and their professionalism. I would highly recommend Duraclean.
