Duraclean Cleaning and Restoration

A few months ago, I had Duraclean clean the off-white carpet in my condo, and I could not be happier with the results. There were stains in the hallway I thought would not come out, but Duraclean was able to remove the stains. I live in a four-story condo building and the technician was able to run the hoses from my balcony down to his van instead of using a portable machine. This was a big selling point for me. The service I used prior to Duraclean didn't even try. Duraclean has earned my business for life!

Very professional and instructive service. I had numerous stains... both dirt and water marks. Most all came out. I was given detailed explanations as to how to better take care of the white fabric on my sofas and given some cleaners to assist in further lightening existing water stains and future soils. My phone call to request an estimate was answered promptly and an estimate given on the spot. The technician arrived early! and I was able to use their coupon.

Great job! I have a small dog that sheds A LOT. Despite regular vacuuming, her fur is everywhere and she often sits on the sofa (very light color) and the oil from her fur/skin leaves a bit of a stain. Also, I had spilled some hot tea on the sofa and despite immediately cleaning it up, there was a ring. After the cleaning, all of the stains were removed!

Justin was my cleaning guy. The quality of the work he did was outstanding. There was a significant improvement in the floors that he cleaned. He also was extremely professional and easy to work with. I was totally satisfied with my overall experience with Duraclean, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very, very disappointing. The cleaner worked very hard to remove blood drop stains from wool oriental carpets. My dog had torn a nail and left blood drops on carpet. I could understand if the blood spots couldn't be removed but they completely ruined the carpet in their effort. I paid $125 dollars, could have lived with the few spots but now must replace about $750 dollars of carpet.

Justin was fantastic. He showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about the products used and what products to use in the future to combat tough stains. He cleaned three rooms in about an hour and was able to get some spots left by the previous homeowners up, no problem. I highly recommend Duraclean to others in need of carpet cleaning services.

My wife and I hired Duraclean of Atlanta to clean our carpets immediately prior to our first child being born and were delighted with the quality of service and professionalism. John and his team were terrific; they showed up on time, moved all the furniture, cleaned the carpets to a like new condition and returned the furniture with protective pads/wraps. John, the owner of Duraclean, personally spent almost 2 months on site managing the project with his team to ensure a successful operation. It's rare that you find a service provider who can excel in both Residential and Commercial Environments... Duraclean is one of those rare firms. I will certainly be calling on Duraclean of Atlanta again for both my residential and commercial needs.

Great. Purchased the $139 special for 3 rooms from Angie's List. The guys did a very nice job, seemed conscientious and careful. Will definitely hire them again.

Duraclean has done a wonderful job cleaning my lite blue couches for me. They are alway prompt, professional and knowledgable. My couches are usually 75% dry by the time they leave as they take the time to dry them for me. I have used duraclean for several years and will continue to do so.

Duraclean answered my call promptly, gave a competitive quote and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time (even a little early). They worked quickly and were careful around my house. The sofa was very dirty as it had been away at college and then sitting in my basement for a while. I am pleased with how well the sofa turned out. It smells great now. My chair and ottoman look new again.

I've had many carpet cleaning companies over the years and this company is by far the best. They arrived a few minutes early, which was great, and worked very h****** getting the stains out of my carpets. I've never seen workmen on their hands and knees scrubbing carpet and cleaning with white towels. Carpets and sofa look great. Will definitely use their services again. In comparison with previous cost for carpet cleaning, I thought this was very reasonable for the areas cleaned and stain protector applied.

Duraclean was excellent! We've used 2 other carpet cleaning services in Atlanta over the past few years and Duraclean is the definitely the best. I called Duraclean for a quote on Wednesday after reading Angies list reviews and they were able to come to our house on Friday. 3 men arrived exactly at 9:00am. They were extremely polite and professional. One of them examined our rugs that were to be cleaned. Then they vacuumed the carpets thoroughly before washing them with the machines. They finished the process using cloth rags to remove any dirt that was still remaining. Our carpets were quite filthy from our pets and overdue for a cleaning! Took about 2 hours. The carpets all look so much better now. Will definitely use this company again. First rate.
