I looked on Angie's List for a Heating & Air company in my area. Found Scotty's and they had good reviews. Placed a call for service and the young lady said they could be here at 11:30am the following day which was great for me. (This was for non-emergency service). Joey arrived at 11:30am. Inspected the system and found that it was low on freon. He added the freon, checked out the compressor unit and was finished in about 35 minutes. The unit is working great. Thanks

I noticed my outdoor unit making a loud noise & called Scotty's Heating and Air after finding them on Angie's List. I needed to get the service done quickly as I was having company in few days. I called them at 4:45 PM and they came out that evening. They replaced some parts & serviced the unit. They did not charge me for an "after hour" call & also gave me a "senior discount" . I was delighted with their customer service and rates! Their information is going in my contact list & I will call them when I need help again. This is also the first time that I had used Angie's List and I will use this service in future.

They were fantastic. I spent $130 for the part that they replaced and to top off my coolant, the Freon and for labor. So, I thought it was a great deal. When it comes to their punctuality, they were very late. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Days before a family gathering in my home, the air conditioning unit had stopped cooling. I contacted Scotty's Heating & A/C, based on the referrals on Angie?s list. Tim was extremely kind and dispatched technicians to the house immediately. The two technicians that arrived were professional, courteous and knowledgeable regarding my unit type and identified the problem. They not only provided an estimate ($40 part) prior to servicing both units, but explained the problem. If only Tim?s ethics, ? real? customer service and technical expertice could be cloned in other home improvement repair companies, life would be great! Scotty's Heating & A/C will be the only HVAC Company servicing my home! I will continue to refer his company to family, friends and neighbors!. Kudos to you Tim Scott!

Called Scotty's based on a good report here at Angie's List. Had my HVAC given a check up/tune up. Had a few interior filters replaced along with additional freon that was needed in my AC. I was very pleased with the quality of service and value for the money spent. If you need HVAC servicing, give Scotty's a call.

He had to research the available units and find one that would fit in the existing space of the old one. The make and model I had planned to use (the same brand as the existing one because it had lasted 26 years) was too big for the space. He researched available makes and models and found one that would work, and ordered it. It took two weeks to get it in, but he had told me it would be installed by Thanksgiving, so he and his crew were here most of the day the day before Thanksgiving Day and got it installed before they left. Every thing was cleaned up and they hauled the old unit away. I am very happy with the service and the work preformed. I highly recommend them. I know Tim personally and he is a very religious and ethical person and would not cheat anyone.
