, They responded quickly to my voice mail, set an appropriate appointment, showed up on time. The plumber fixed the problem, didn't have any issues I've had with other plumbers about not having the right parts etc. Everyone I worked with was very courteous.

Water leaking slowly from water heater. Called on Wednesday, Chris was up front telling me he could not look at it until Friday. Set up appointment for Friday. When he got a cancellation Thursday, he called to come over and look at it. I didn't check my messages until Thursday evening and was impressed that he had called! Called him back, told him so and coordinated for Friday. He called me in the morning after he had finished another appointment. I was originally supposed to meet him, but since my renters were there, he got their number from me and coordinated everything. He was able to get it in the same day and the quote he gave me was what he charged. He was flexible, professional, and understanding of me trying to juggle my schedule around my 1 year old. Plumbing issues are never happy but I will say Chris almost made it painless. I will use these folks again for my house and rental units.

I had used them a couple times in the past. They did a great job. They do a great job for reasonable.

Called to request service in time for a family event. Told me he couldn't get here for three days. Called back four hours later and was able to arrive immediately. That was outstanding and exceeded my expectations!!

Very happy with the whole experience. Quality work, installed superior equipment. Chris was a friendly, professional provider, would have him back again or recommend. Still gets a B on price though.

All went well. Faucets were installed and new supply lines were installed. One faucet is a little cockeyed, hard to notice, but my wife did. charge was $400. Got a price for other work while he was here, but thought the estimate was too high, shopping around for that one. Provider was a great guy, very professional, would definitely have him back if the price was right.

I called around 8am, explained that the wiring was there for a garbage disposal but we needed a septic-safe disposal. He said they didn't have them in stock but they'd get one and give me a call to set up installation. He explained the pricing up front. He called within an hour and said someone would be here around 10am. He showed up on time and completed the work as specified. The price was the same as explained to me over the phone.

After 2 days we had occasion to go to the back of the barn and lo and behold there was the very obvious leak. We told Rick we had found the leak and began a discussion about why this had not been part of the initial assesment before all the expensive and destructive work was done. He had the leak fixed quickly and began to repair most of the holes that had been dug . Rick adjusted the rate of $150 back to their hourly rate and then he left. The "hourly rate" we had been quoted was $60 an hour. Rick did not say that this was per person. The 13 hours they were here ended up being 30 1/2 billable hours. We asked Rick to sit down with us to discuss all that had happened, which he did. We asked why none of 3 experienced plumbers did not do a thorough assessment that ended up costing us so much money. His response was that this was our property and we should have found the leak. He refused to own any part of the responsibility.We paid the bill but need others to know about this so they do not end up the way we did. Please beware when dealing with Aquanauts.We now need to find someone to fix a hole that they left that one of my horses could trip in and break a leg.

Aquanaut was very prompt, professional and easy to work with.They took the time to explain what they did, the warranty, contact information and what to look for in making sure the pump lasted 10+ years

He was on Angie’s list and he did a great job. They are professional. He quoted the price and that was definitely the price to stay with. He is on time and provides good service. I read the Angie’s list and chose him for that reason. I agree with all the people that said about him.

The guy showed up and on time! He had a great tool that cleared the slow drain. The guy did a really great job it's just that I thought the price was kind of high. I would still recommend this company! Thank you!

Had a leaky toilet that I had attempted to repair. Leaked again. Called aquanaut and they were at the house that afternoon. They came in looked around, stated that I needed an extension from the floor and that it was a two person job. Scheduling was going to be difficult, so I asked if they could come the next day while I was at work. After some discussion, they agreed. When I got home the next day, the entire plumbing fixture underneath the floor was replaced, no more leaks, and the caulking around the toilet was WAY nicer looking than when I had done it. This is an EASY EASY group to work with and they do quality work. Do not hesitate to hire these guys!!!!!w

They were a real pleasure and punctual. He found the leak immediately. They were pleasant and the price is reasonable.

They did a good job. It was right before Christmas and they still worked me in so I would have a working kitchen sink before the holidays. I really appreciated that.

One of our bathroom's had a bad leak in the tub. I chose Aquanaut Plumbing due to its proximity to my house and the excellent reviews found on Angie's List. The company lived up to its A rating. I called on a Thursday, and Chris had a technician, Ron, at my house the following day. Chris was very professional on the phone, and he and the owner, Rick, helped me troubleshoot the problem. Ron arrived at my house on time, and completed the work in a timely and courteous manner. We will definitely use Aquanaut Plumbing again.

Aquanaut had the part to repair it on their truck. From call to repair completed, about 1.5 hours. Can’t ask for better than that.

They were extremely responsive and did a really good job. They were very nice people. They were fantastic. There was nothing that I disliked about them.

Upon discovery of massive water leak due to failure of old water heater tank, I initially tried to get new unit and "same day installation" from Home Depot. Their installer, upon arrival, increased an over-the-phone labor estimate by about $500...which I then declined (due, I guess, mostly to a non-code PVC pressure relief line because my unit was 20+years old). Anyhow, called local master licensed plumber Rick Williams at Aquanaut that same evening, because of previous positive Angie's list reviews. Rick showed up the next morning, then had the unit replaced himself by early afternoon. A very positive experience. Rick and his son did very good work, extremely neat and precise. Rick suggested a way to reuse pre-existing copper pipe to an old (and previously removed) hot water recirculation system on the exterior of the house, saving lots of labor that I would have paid for otherwise. Rick also noted, and fixed, a couple other problems while he was there. By simplifying the supply lines, Rick improved a water-hammer problem that had vexed me for years, as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick Williams and Aquanaut Plumbing. Extremely nice fellow, neat, articulate and professional.

The plumbers surveyed the job and went right to work realizing that the toughest part of the job (removal of the existing food disposal and electrical wiring of the new food disposal) had been completed by the homeowner. The plumbers completed their work in less than one hour in the homeowner's kitchen.

Everything went smoothly, and Chris Wilson was very professional and friendly. He repaired the pipe and tested it before refilling the hole. He told me to keep my reciept and if I had any problems with it to call him.

From the minute Rick arrived he was very professional and listened carefully to what I had to say. He offered his opinion on how to fix my problems and also offered his opinions on how I could save mony as well. Rick did high quality work for a fair price and made me feel like I chose the right plumber. Aquanauts came highly recommended from an electrician I found here also on Angie's List. Aquanaut came out, gave us an estimate and proceeded to replace hot water heater and fix toilet leak. They did a great job and we were very happy with the price and the service. We will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

With countless bad experiences from handymen that claim to possess the skills but fail to provide a quality service, through Angie's List, I have decided to hire only licensed and bonded professionals. After I paid a handyman $300.00 to install a water heater incorrectly, I called Aquanaut to troubleshoot the problem (bad elements from incorrect installation) and to resolve the issue. With their professionalism, quick appointment schedule, and communication, will be happy to use them again and refer them to others. It is true that sometimes you just 'get what you pay for'.
