GREAT! This was not an easy job as our existing hardware was 32 years old. Ron handled each challenge with good humor, while doing the usual excellent job that you can expect from Aquanaut. Again, VERY HAPPY with this company.

They installed 3 valves, 2 were faulty. They leaked and they refused to fix it. Had to call another service.

A new unit was purchased from Aquanaut but It was installed incorrectly and within a week Aquanaut had to come back out, dig it up, and replace it again. Within 6 months time we were right back where we started with a leaky yard hydrant. Aquanaut refused to return my calls and when contact was finally made they wanted more money to repair their own screw up. Finally their response was, if I didn’t like it, I could take them to court. I intend to do just that. Stay away from this company. They don’t know what they’re doing.

Perfect! Would definitely hire again!

Although the salesman was very thorough and courteous, I was not willing to have my finished basement jack hammered and have a sump pump installed for a small puddle of water.

All technicians have been on-time, friendly and knowledgeable.

Aquanaut Plumbing, there is not enough good things I can say about their service, employees and work ethics. My husband was in the hospital when this leak happened and I got in touch with Aquanaut the morning my he came home and we had no water. They were there found the leak and fixed it by the time we arrived home. Shaun and his dad Rick were honest, easy to work with, did what they said they would do and for a very reasonable charge. I would recommend them to anyone.

Shawn arrived promptly and was able to quickly determine the severity of two plumbing leaks inside my house. He completed the work within an hour or so, and we tested flows successfully. This is the third time I've hired Aquanaut Plumbing, and will continue to do so for all of my plumbing needs.

I decided to share my very interesting experience with Aquanaut and you can make your own opinion about this company. 1. The estimate fee is $45, which was announced in the first talk with Rick Williams at Friday 09-16-16. Rick said that he needs time to check his schedule and he would call me back to tell me the exact day and time of our meeting. 2. On Monday 09-19-16 I received a call from Rick and he said that he will come in 10 minutes. Luckily my husband was at home so he can meet with Rick as I was out because I wasn't informed about appointment beforehand. 3. We paid $45 fee, explained about 1 hour what we need to do and agreed to receive an estimate in couple days. 4. As till Friday 09-23-16 we didn't get any response - I called Rick but didn't reach him and left a voice-message. No one called me back on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 5. On Monday I called Rick one more time. He picked up the phone but it seemed that he can't understand me or can't hear me and hung up. After that I called him 25 times but no answer. Only after 25 calls I received a text message from different number - "I'll call you later". As you can guess - no one called me back this day, neither I received any message via e-mail or cell phone. 6. I text Rick that I need my money ($45) back as I didn't receive service (estimating of costs) for which I paid this amount. Again - no response. 7. Next day (on Tuesday) I received a call from Rick and he said that he couldn't sent me an estimate because he didn't receive specs of our bathtub (the simplest by the way soaking tub without whirlpool or air). No other plumbers asked me the specs of the tub for the estimate except Rick as it's only rough-in plumbing. Also Rick told me that something wrong with my phone as he didn't hear me. Two things I wanna say in this case: 1) we are in process of remodeling our kitchen and 2 baths and I'm in touch with numerous suppliers and subcontractors during 3 weeks - no one told me that he can't hear me when speaking over the phone; 2) it's not an excuse for missing 25 calls and not to text me about this "problem" of my phone or vanishing for 1 week from the visit day and not giving any response. 8. Today 09-28-16 I received the estimate. I was speechless and tried to count the number of "0" several times to exclude mistake of my eyes. $18,000... $18,000 considering that all faucets, shower heads, valves, bathtub and toilet will be on us... How this can be if other companies gave me the price in a range of $3,000-4,000 for this 3-4 days work? Why does Rick think that his work costs 6 (!) times more? Will the quality of his work be 6 times more then others? Or Rick was afraid that we'll agree and gave us deliberately high price but isn't it unfair? Wait a minute - $18000 for 4 days - it's $562 per hour (!). Not many neurosurgeons or Stanford computer science engineers can brag such high value of their work. This moment I understood that we've chosen wrong occupation. We all should become plumbers.

Our pilot light went out and would not reignite. I called Aquanaut Monday the next morning and they came out the same day! The tech was very professional and nice. He gave me a couple of options but ultimately we decided to change out the water heater. They were able to do it the same day withour leaving my home. They were quick, efficient, and professional. They will be my plumbing company of choice from now on!

Work was fine but priced a little high for an easy job.

I didn't have to replace the whole water heater. They were able to identify the problem and fix it in about one half. They were the third plumbers I called, and they were the only one to correctly diagnose the issue.

We were notified by the local water authorities of unusually large usage. The concern was that water goes to multiple spots on the property, and the leak could be anywhere. We called Aquanaut, and they had someone out within a couple of hours. He evaluated the situation and returned the next day with another technician. In 15 minutes, they had found the problem, and another 15 had it dealt with. The whole time, they were friendly, courteous, and professional. They let us know what we could expect and kept us informed every step of the way. At the end, they made sure we understood what they had done, why, and next steps. Couldn't have asked for more!

He arrived actually soon than expected because of a cancellation on his calendar. He performed the needed service (reinstalling a whole-house water filter) and had all the needed supplies with him on arrival. His work was excellent and completed most professionally.

Excellent service, had a free estimate meeting which was very educational and informative explaining all the options available to us from relocating the water heater to replacing with another standard one to having a new tankless installed. We went with the tankless and they were here right on time, worked very hard and used quality materials. No damage to the home and was very informative on explaining all the features of the water heater and warranty. They have saved me from having major flooding in our home as I didn't know the risks and condition of our 10 year old 50 gallon heater fail which was an accident just waiting to happen. Thanks for all the advice, friendliness and education. Best service ever.

Called Aquanaut @ 9:30 am & Chris was here by 11:00 (& had already called 811 to mark underground lines). Chris was professional, courteous, competent, & finished the job quickly. Great outcome to an ugly situation!

The technician wasted about an hour turning a collar that he should have instead been pulling out. This caused him to suggest putting a hole in the back wall to change out the junction box. I had to supply the new junction box to be installed the following day. He soldered the water connections to the new box, I covered the hole with duct tape, and he replaced the fixture. Some time later, I inspected and was able to remove the collar on the old box that was thought to be dysfunctional.We had another shower that was leaking and I changed the shower handle (fixture) and was able to remove the collar with a pair of grip pliers and install a new fixture without any problems. Once I did that, there were no further issues. In summary, I felt the technician had all the proper tools to fix the issue but instead had me purchase a new junction box which was ultimately unnecessary.

The electrician we called for a separate issue told us we had a problem with our hot water heater. So I called Rick Williams. He sent out an experienced plumber. The plumber replaced an aging regulator valve, the pressure relief valve and the associated drain pipe. Apparently our remodeler (Camp Construction) did not properly install the water heater in 2010. We now are in a much better state. Thank you.

They completed the installation in one day. The technician was quick and clean up after himself. I price compared and they were very competitively priced.

My husband and I had previously used Aquanaut to replace our water heater, and we called again when our toilets were backing up. We called Rick Williams with our problem, and within two hours, Chris Wilson arrived. Chris quickly diagnosed our clogged septic filter, and had the problem corrected in a very short time. Highly recommend Aquanaut Plumbing for their prompt, professional, and friendly service. We have used them twice, and will not hesitate to use them again. Thank you, Rick, Chris, and your staff.

Unfortunately, while attempting to fix the leak, the worker actually caused a worse leak. And I found out several days later that the hot and cold were now flipped. I called back and talked to a super helpful guy (I assume the owner) who stated they could come back out and take a look to see if they could at least try to keep the leak from being as bad and swap the hot and cold back. They were unable to do anything at all to address the leak (in fact the worker said he "didn't even know why he was there) and the hot and cold never got fixed. So basically I paid over $100 to have a much higher water bill and the hot and cold all wrong. The worker gave us a price of over $500 to rip out the wall and fix the leak. We have no choice but to do that now because he made the leak so much worse. Sadly, this company had such good communication and I thought they were going to help us out but I feel let down and quite irritated.

I was astonished. They took my call on Sunday night, A.m. call on Monday saying when they'd be here, a later call affirming that they were on time, got here on the dot, assessed the multiple problems and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable and quickly made the repairs (the job involved two floors.) He redesigned the system to both avoid later problems and give more under-counter room. These folks are professionals, and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We have used Aquanaut before to replace a hot water heater and were completely satisfied. Rick Williams responded quickly to my 10 pm phone call after our plumbing waste line abruptly started backing up, and he said they would get someone on the way. Rick called when the truck was 20 minutes away, and it arrived about 2.5 hours after our first contact. The service technician was pleasant and helpful, and cleared the line in about 45 minutes. The night-time visit was charged at time-and-a-half, as Rick had informed me on the initial call. Total was about $200, which we thought was completely acceptable.
