It went very well. The plumber was punctual and did a professional job despite the challenges thrown at him by our 101 year old house. The price was very reasonable given the amount of time it involved.

The called me almost immediately to schedule an appointment and fixed the outlets that afternoon. So extremely responsive and prompt in getting the work down. The quality of the material used was far superior to what was in the house along with the quality of workmanship.

This project was one of three this month and all work was quoted and described (What would be done and the time line). all the quotes were kept to the dollar and the job was done on time and to what they said would happen, they took great care in what they did and I would tell everyone that they do what they say. They are very professional and clean up when they were done. Thank you..

We hired him two or three times. He did an excellent job. He showed up right on time. The guys name was Ron who did the work. Very happy and I would recommend them to anybody. It went fine, it's perfect. They are more professional than anybody we have dealt with in the past. They cleaned up after themselves, never a problem. I just give them my strongest recommendation because they are very considerate and timely and one time the guy was running an hour too late and he called me to let me know. That's a big bonus. They are always on time but if there is a concern they will always call you and update you. They are very considerate, that's a big deal in my book.

Excellent service! Shawn was prompt and called ahead when he was on his way. We had two minor plumbing issues: a slight leak from a toilet tank and another toilet that was loose. Both problems were quickly addressed. I had assumed the loose toilet would need to be reseated, but that turned out to not be the case. Shawn suggested a less expensive, but effective fix. He also provided some excellent education on some of the basics of home plumbing.

Many plumbers would have taken the route of assuming the worst and cut into my ceiling to repair the leak. Shawn chose a less expensive solution based on what he saw as the real reason for the leak. Now we will wait and see if there are any problems....if so Shawn said he would return and cut thru my ceiling to determine exactly where the leak was. If however he was right, then I have saved a lot of money thanks to his approach. Shawn also had recommendations on how to repair the stain on the ceiling.

If your going to use an Angie's list coupon, print it out, or they cannot take your 5 percent off your bill. My bad on that part.

He was very nice and did a wonderful job. We had shopped around, and they were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this plumber.

They came in, immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem. They gave me the contact wall problem they left. It all went well.

Everything went great. When I first called Rick, he was wonderful. He went over and beyond with making sure that we got someone out here. I honestly felt like he sincerely cared about our situation. If he reads this review, I want to save THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. The plumber, Ron, was awesome. He was very professional. And as you can see, a good honest person. He could have easily said, "Yeah, you do need a PRV," but no he was like a plumbing angel. Another thing that I also noticed that I really liked was that Ron was very efficient. He was on it. I didn't feel like he was trying to go extra slow or anything to run more time. We were very happy with the final bill. Since he was here we also had him look at our toilet that needed to be bolted back down (he also capped the water heater pipes so that we could turn the water back on because the ball valve was not working). The water heater company came right back to install today (after Ron left) even though before they said that they could only install Monday, and they threw in some additional things at no charge after we told them what Aquanaut Plumbing found (copper piping that was needed to meet code and the ball valve). So the fee that we had to pay for the plumbing was compensated by the water heater installers (contractor through Lowes). All in all, even though Aquanaut Plumbing had to come out and do work, they really actually saved the day. I know who to call if I ever need any work done in the future.

We had been experiencing terrible "water hammer" in our home whenever we turned on any faucet, flushed a toilet or ran the dishwasher or laundry. Aquanaut Plumbing quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the Pressure Relief Valve. It took about two hours or so (he also had to make some adjustments to the pipes around the PRV), and the problem is fixed. This company is very professional--they do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. Communication is excellent. Highly recommend.

Discovered the ceiling was wet in the bathroom. Immediately turned to Angie's list and found Aquanaut. I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. I spoke to Rick and within a few hours Ron was at the door. He discovered it was the water heater. He attempted to repair a pipe in hopes that it would resolve the issue but told me to give it some time to see if that worked. It didn't so I called him that evening and they came out promptly the next morning and installed a new water heater. The service was wonderful and they were ON TIME. What I appreciated the most was that they did not try to sell me a new water heater on the first visit. They actually attempted to repair what I had before installing a new one. There are so many companies out there that are more concerned about the sale than actually helping the customer. This company is different and I will definitely use them again as well as refer them.

Shawn was professional in every way. He answered our calls, was on time, took his time to diagnose our problem and gave excellent advise on alternatives.

We had a water leak that was identified when we saw a hole in a closet ceiling....don't know how long it had been going on. Spoke with the owner, Rick, to set up the appointment and he scheduled me for the next morning working around my schedule. He also put me at ease as I was nervous being a first time home owner and worried that I might be taken advantage of. Sean came out exactly on time was VERY professional and he kept me informed of all the steps he was taking and explained exactly what happened and how he was fixing it. He tested his work to ensure that the leak was indeed fixed. He did not waste any time working slow. I would recommend Aquanaut Pluming to anyone who needed a good, honest, hard working plumber.

It was awesome. The crew were very professional and punctual. They delivered exceptional work. I now have a huge walk in shower; double vanity sink and toilet. This work was part of a larger project to add two rooms along with the full bathroom for my basement. Rick worked closely with my general contractor to ensure everything was in sync. I would definitely recommend Rick to anyone who is looking for exceptional work. I wanted to go with a company who lived in the area because I wanted to keep the money in the community. I never had to hire a company for new plumbing on a large project so it was a whole new experience for me. I really appreciate Rick and his crew making this process go smoothly for me. If only all home improvement visits could go this well. Ron the technician was knowledgeable, arrived as promised and got the job done...leaving the job site clean as a whistle. He was able to help us figure out how our plumbing was laid out to help with our remodel plans and to suggest how to efficiently upgrade some remaining old pipe in our vintage home. We thought the price was very reasonable for the amount & quality of the work done.

This is the second time I have used them. Both times, the response is quick, the technician is polite and knowledgeable. They do what they say at the price they give you. Excellent service and I highly recommend them.

Contacted provider to set up appointment the next day. He called me later that afternoon to provide me with a time and called me again the day of my appointment to let me know he was on the way. He showed up exactly when he said he would. (That's very important to me.) The source of the leak was confirmed. We thought it might be a problem with the water heater and he brought a replacement with him so that he'd have it in case that's what the problem turned out to be. The work was finished within a few hours and he was able to get most of the water removed from the garage. He even pointed out another problem and will be coming out next week to fix that. I was very pleased with the work that was done and would highly recommend this provider.

Fabulous! I was able to get a tech out the same day for the leak in our tub. He was very polite and took his time isolating the source of the leak. Turned out to be a leaky drain, so that was replaced. Just for good measure, the areas around the fixtures were sealed up, too. Everything was cleaned up well when he was finished. I will definitely be using Aquanaut Plumbing again for any future plumbing work. Very happy!

I called Aquanaut because I needed a shut-off valve installed on a gas line to hook up my new gas stove and I decided to go ahead and replace my water heater before it leaked and made a mess since it was 14 yrs old. Chris stopped by the evening before to check out what he would need for the job which was scheduled at 0900 the next morning. He advised me of the complications that might arise once he started the work. Things went well with the gas stove hookup- he was concerned that the pipe might come unscrewed behind the wall but that did not happen. He installed the shut-off valve and hooked up the stove, leveled it, and tested it. He removed the old water heater and gave me time to clean underneath and behind it before he brought in the new unit. He installed the new one and reattached my "old" recirculator (for instant hot water) and it works better than it ever did before. I also have better water pressure (guess the old one must have had some sediment built up). Chris also removed some gas logs from my fireplace and altogether the work took 4 hours. Everything is working great!

My pilot light would not stay lit, so he discovered the thermocouple needed to be replaced. (almost $350) So he explained my options so I could understand that it was just putting a band aid on the problem. He said I had about 5 more years on the water heater itself. I opted to replace the whole thing. Very professional and taught me how to relight the pilot light. It was more than I wanted to spend, but its the beauty of being a home owner.

The person I dealt with on the phone was very helpful. He took my information (including the type and model # of my current hot water heater) and quoted me a price which they stuck too. I ended up spending $78 more because two values also had to be replaced but I knew that before they came out. I grew up building homes and I know when someone takes their time to do a very good job. The technician Chris is exactly that kind of person. He explained what needed to be done and why and he was very meticulous in his work. I will use them again.

Aquanaut first marked the path of the water line and located the leak using special equipment that not all plumbing companies keep on hand. The leak was due to the builders having tossed bricks into the drainage path where the copper pipe to the house met the PVC to the main. After repairing the leak, they also added a shutoff valve and a couple of access boxes (including one for the irrigation system) to make future troubleshooting easier, if needed. I was extremely satisfied with the service and the price.

These guys were great. On the first job, the tech they sent detected the problem, thoroughly appraised me of the issue and cost and got right to work. Not only did they replace the outside fawcet, they also had to do some minor repair of the stucco. When they completed their work, I could hardly tell they were there. The Stucco work was neat and all remnants of the stucco, evebn in the pine straw under the fawcet was cleaned up. On the most recent job, they arrived right on time and went right to work. They quickly detected the leak, replaced the leaky valve, and then offered to replace the toilet wax seal as a precaution. After doing so, the Tech caulked around the bottom of the commode (advising me this was now code-it had not been caulked before). All of the mess was cleaned up and all defective parts were taken away.
