Description of Work: My Moen faucet would not stop dripping in the shower. The drip was getting worse, so I had to turn the water off. After trying to get three different plumbing services to call me back to make an appointment, I researched again this morning and called Aquanaut. My shower had a faulty shower cartridge. Chris arrived around 3;30 and completed the job within an hour. He replaced my Moen cartridge, tested my water pressure and re-tested the shower after repair. Chris was very informative and explained everything to me in advance. My service was excellent! I would recommend Aquanaut, Inc. to anyone needing plumbing services.

Description of Work: Located the leak in our main line from the meter to the house. Only to find that it had been repaired a few times, and needed replacement. He ordered a small backhoe that was delivered promptly however he did not wait for the utility marking company to show and dug through the trees and in turn pulled a root that ruptured the gas line. We had to call gas company and the fire department, no real issues other than waiting for 1 hour until the gas company showed up then another hour to repair. We lost 2+ hours on the Saturday before Christmas. They were prompt and easy to deal with.
