We had three rooms and our stairs cleaned by Zerorez yesterday and we are delighted. The gentleman who came out was right on time, he very professional, courteous and efficient. Our carpets looks great and he was in and out in a little over an hour. He wasn't phased by my 80 lb dog or two year old twins either! We are planning on using them again to clean our microfiber couch soon. Definitely recommend this company.

The service provider was very professional and both times arrived on time. I was shocked with how well the carpets turned out. We were thinking of replacing them but with cleaning that was no longer necessary. The grout in the tiles turned out good as well. I was happy with the grout cleaning but amazed by the carpet cleaning.

At first the carpet looked like it buckled up in places, but as it dried it smoothed out. This is the first time we have ever had a carpet cleaned that looked so good for so long. We don't even see a traffic pattern like we did with other carpet cleaning companies months after they were gone. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

The technician did the appropriate prep work and then started the cleaning process. At one point he stopped the machine and came to find me, wanting to show me the dramatic difference between the 'before and after' sections. It WAS dramatic! I am so pleased with the result of the cleaning!

Excellent service. I called and inquired about having a 8x10 area rug cleaned. The person I spoke with stated that a service call had a $100 minimum and encouraged me to think about what other carpets they could clean. She also encouraged me to print out the $25 coupon from Angie's List to help defray the cost. The day before the service call she called to confirm the appointment. I received another call on the day of the appointment about 20 minutes prior to their arrival. The service man was on time. He was very professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

I couldn't notice the carpets being noticeably brighter, however, our carpets are 14 years old. It may be all in my head, but they did seem softer. We had some small stains, that weren't very severe, which brightened after cleaning. After two weeks, however, they have reappeared. The technicians took great care in placing a barrier under the furniture to prevent any bleeding. I don't think that I would recommend them, because $240 is a lot to pay for stains to return 2 weeks later.

The technician was punctual and very professional. I had everything prepared as they specified in the instructions. The carpet was clean when he left. I expected it to have a fresh smell to it but it didn't. The owner said it was because they don't use additives but that it should have had a slight citrus-y smell (but I didn't smell it). Also, I paid extra for one of the closets to be cleaned because one of my cats had urinated in the closet once (he had been locked in the bedroom for a few hours by accident without a litter box). They guaranteed they would get the smell out and it appeared that they had. Unfortunately, four days later, the smell came back. I got a call from my son to tell me because, I had left to go to New Hampshire because my daughter had given birth to my Grandson prematurely. (I have since moved up here for a while). When I filled out the feedback survey the company sent to my email address, the owner said they would go back out and make sure the odor was gone, but I am now in New Hampshire and couldn't find anyone in Savannah who could take the time to go wait for the closet to be cleaned. I have now found a renter for the house (I'm going to be up here for a while) and they cut the carpet out of the closet and didn't call the owner back out. The owner was very nice and very adamant that they could get the urine smell out of the closet, but I just couldn't get anyone out there to take care of it while I was away. I've had the carpet cleaned before by one of those "steam" cleaning companies at a much lower cost and it looked nice when they were through. I thought I would just pay extra to have it cleaned better. It didn't work out for me but that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with the company. I just couldn't get back home to take care of it and wish it had given better results the first time around especially for the cost. Again, the owner was very nice and insisted they could have removed the odor.
