They got out stains that I didn't thinks could be removed.

Showed up on time, did a great job and did it quickly! This was for a rental move out. I was quite pleased with the results as was the property manager.

I have used them a few times now and find Steve the owner to be very responsive. He cares about his customers and it shows in his work. I was forced to make a last minute appointment because of a tour that was coming into the plant and he made it happen. They showed up about 5pm and left around 2 am. Everything looked great.

Tony did an exceptionally thorough job. Exceedingly pleased!

No special cleaning. What came off with the standard machine steam cleaning came off. What required, one tech was willing to try, but a different tech returned to finish the tough spots and just re-did with standard approach.

It went well. Carpet looks good, he was polite, answered my questions and arrived on time.

They couldn't accommodate any of the dates that I requested. They were polite and professional but they just couldn't get me in.

Carpet was stained with all manner of things including coffee and coke. It was ugly. I just wanted it gone, but now it is very clean looking. NO ONE would guess how bad it was. Always call Zerorez first. You can't imagine what they can do.

I was SO nervous about getting my wool area rug cleaned right on top of my wood floors. These are not laminate floors and we have already had a leak and floor damage claim and I was not looking forward to a repeat. Zerorez came in, cleaned the rug, carpets, and upholstery that we had agreed upon, more quickly than I was expecting, and it was very relieving to have it taken care of, and well done. They came as agreed and cleaned the items I requested in a very good manner (truly wonderful), explained everything to me, described how their cleaning worked and were extremely personable. I will probably only use Zerorez from now on. I do remember that they were very reasonable.

Sean did a great job he seemed to take a lot of pride in his work. He was prompt, courteous, and did a very nice job.

I loved the carpet cleaning and that they got most of the spots out. I thought they did a good job and the technician was good to work with. I live in a split level and he had to take the hose upstairs. He accidentally broke a nice ceramic pot I put my flowers in. He was very apologetic and told me I would be reimbursed and I never was.

My experience was great. They were very professional and nice. They could not get some stains on the sofa out but they definitely tried and worked hard. They were prompt and their prices were very reasonable.

My experience was great. The technician was nice and professional. He went out of his way to try to remove it. He even came back the next day to flip them over. He was the one that had smelled the odor and he really stood behind his work. Three weeks later, my husband smelled it again and they came back out at no additional charge and tried really hard to get it out.

My experience turned out well. They were able to completely remove the stains on my carpet. They told me if the spots came back, they would come right back out to re-do it. They were very respectful of my property and conscientious for their work.

My experience was excellent. The result were just amazing especially since they do not use chemicals. The carpets dried very quickly anad they came right on time. They also could not have been nicer!
