Description of Work: They did an absolutely superb job! Whatever they used to clean the carpet had a delicate citrus scent, and dried almost immediately. There were a few areas with pet stains, and a special technique was used that removed them like magic. The technician who came was friendly, efficient, and informative. I can't urge you strongly enough to give Zerorez a try - you won't be disappointed.

Description of Work: Zerorez of Savannah cleaned 5 carpeted rooms in my house and did an EXCELLENT job! I have used various carpet cleaning services in the past, but have never experienced such clean and fresh carpets as I did when Zerorez cleaned them. Apparently, there is something to the empowered water technology Zerorez is famous for. Trey, one of the owners, went into great pains to make sure my carpets were as clean as he could possibly get them, even getting down on his hands and knees and sticking his nose into the carpet fibers to make sure there were no uncomplimentary smells still lingering. Zerorez IS the BEST and I will, most certainly, use them again, and again, and again.

Description of Work: I prefer the Zerorez method of cleaning. I've used them twice here in Savannah and once in Charlotte (different franchise operator) and have always been pleased with the result.

Description of Work: I was able to finally schedule a mutually convenient appointment and the agreed upon time was 1:00 PM at 1:30 that day I received a call from the service man and then and only then was I informed there was a 3 hour window for them to arrive and complete the agreed upon project. I needed to leave that day at 4:00 for the airport. When they called they said it would arrive anywhere from 2-2:30 and it would take 2 hours to complete. Needless to say I was unable to have the work completed I then contacted the scheduler again and she was unable to give me a timely appointment and her attitude was very poor when I told her i was never made aware of the 3 hour window for the servicemen to arrive.

Description of Work: They did a lovely job cleaning my carpets - they looked like new with no stiffness or odor from cleaning solutions. Unfortunately, they broke a piece of artwork and damaged a piece of furniture when moving a table. They did not charge me for the cleaning and were extremely responsible in making sure their insurance company covered all the costs of repair and replacement. I'm sure it is an mistake they will not make twice. I'd use them again any time and give them my highest recommendation.

Description of Work: I called to have area rugs cleaned |I did not realize steam extraction was not really the way to clean iriental rugs. Although the rugs were clean they took a week to dry thoroughly and the sand that was left under them was very dense. We had to vacuum and vacuum and it left me w impression the rugs were not really clean. I hired them to clean rugs for an inexpensive price and that's what they did but now I know why the special oriental rug dealers charge so much...so I wish the receptionist was better trained at what I could expect as I may have made a different choice! When I pay 4 times the price I get rugs back totally dry and no sand ! You get what you pay for!! I would chalk it up to misunderstanding on both parties as their service response was excellent ! I just know it's not the way to go with my area rugs |I have too many of them as my floors are tile...i am sure that traditional steam clean is Fine gir wall to wall .
