"This was an unfortunate incident where due to staffing changes the email from Angie's List was not seen until about a week after it was sent out. This has never happened before and with a little luck will never happen again. As with all humans, we aren't perfect and never will be."
"[member name removed], Thanks for the feedback, we truly appreciate it and I will be sure to let Aaron know you were pleased with his efforts. Thanks again, Steve"
"[member name removed], I just wanted to touch base here. I'm assuming you have what we refer to as a "bag rug". If you turn the rug over you will probably find there's a backing on it rather than it being a woven oriental rug. That backing most likely has an edging around it making it look like it's stitched together, when in fact it is glued on. If that's the case what you are referring to as sand is actually the pad inside the rug deteriorating and that material will continue to fall out of the rug until nothing remains or you dispose of the rug itself. We see this all the time and I'm sorry the technician did not take the moment to explain that to you. Beyond that, there really isn't a better way to clean an area rug than hot water extraction, although there are a lot of people out there who will tell you encapsulation or dry cleaning, both of which fill your rug with chemicals, are better. By the way, "steam cleaning" is a misnomer, nobody steam cleans carpet, the process is called hot water extraction and the steam cleaning name came about due to the heat of the water and the steam that rises off of the wand when the cleaning is taking place. I would be happy to discuss this further with you if you are interested. Thanks, Steve"
I made a appointment with the office and the response was very quick in selecting a date.
Service was on time as scheduled................
