Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in house and tried to clean a mattress. The mattress did not come clean so I was not charged and they did an excellent job on the carpet. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The cleaner was prompt and professional. We had no issues with any incidents (i.e. soaked carpet, damaged furniture, etc.). Our only concern was that the equipment used left sporadic rust spots. These sports are still in our carpet and are very difficult to remove. This is the reason for an overall rating of "B" not "A". I may consider Zerorez's services in the future.

Description of Work: ZeroRez came in and cleaned our carpet that was about 4 years old. They were professional and set our expectations that they may not be able to remove our stains of pencil shavings and that the carpet would be dry in 3 hours. They were able to lighten the stains but it took 10 hours for our carpet to be dry which is why I'm giving them a B. We were running the AC at a lower temp than we usually do, had the ceiling fan on and added 4 extra fans to help dry the carpet. With all of this it still took 10 hours to dry!

Description of Work: I was having area rugs and carpet cleaned for a move. The provider was prompt and professional. He walked through the areas I needed cleaned first so I could talk about any problem areas and he was truthful about what I could expect. Everything turned out very nicely. I had a cream colored rug that had a reddish stain from the foot of a piece of furniture that bled. He explained the stain might not come completely out but he would do his best and it was lightened considerably. I was pleased that he was honest about what he could do and did not extend false promises. There were also a few stains on the carpet from muddy dog feet that came out completely. The service was performed much faster than I expected. I have recommended this company to my friends and family.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate of one room. When technician arrived there were may hidden charges. He wanted to add a pet fee, a chemical disposal fee, tax, and whatever. The cost would have been double the over the phone estimate. I told him to leave but he stayed and did the job. His work was fine. The haggling over the price was not

Description of Work: to begin with they were late. the day before I called and confirmed the appointment for 1:00. not having arrived by 2:00,I called them and was told either the office or the person doing the cleaning would give me a call-I received a call at 2:40 when the truck was in the driveway.they cleaned 3 rooms. furniture in the living was completely removed. due to size and weight, some items were left in the den and master bdrm. I asked the cleaner if the bdrm closet and the area in between carpet was cleaned and I was told no-is a closet considered part of the bdrm? Prior to contracting, I mentioned the white carpeting had some coffee stains and asked if they would be cleaned and I was told maybe but the cleaner said no-by way of information my daughter was able to get the coffee stains out. on a positive note, outside of coffee stains the carpet does look nice and clean, however I'm very disappointed that the carpeting from the bedroom into the closet wasn't cleaned. In short ,it was a bad experience.
