Description of Work: Steve called about 15 minutes before arriving and arrived right on time. Super nice gentleman. He cleaned our living room carpet and entryway rug. Everything looks fantastic and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for nice, honest people to have in their home.

Description of Work: I booked needing Zerorez to come on a specific day. They had only one slot available at the end of the day, 5:30pm on a Friday night. I know Trey had had 3 other calls before he came to my villa. He was on time and worked hard. He seemed to have boundless energy and did a terrific job on filthy carpet, carpet on stairs, unknown stains and then 2 sofas. I was worried about having a tired employee cleaning my carpet so late in the day, on a Friday night no less. Trey performed and did a great job. I will use Zerorez again without hesitation. In addition, I like that Zerorez isn't adding detergent to a dirty carpet which then causes dirt to be attracted to the soap residue.

Description of Work: Trae was very professional. They were able to come early evening (5:30pm) which worked great for my work schedule. The carpets dried very quickly and feel good as well-no crunch! I felt price was quite reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We are new in Sun City and have been here for 6 months and decided time to clean the carpet. I have had Angie's list in Ohio for many years so joined down here to find a good carpet cleaner. I called yesterday and they came today. Dave (the Carpet cleaner) called and said he could come early and was exactly 20 minutes until he arrived. I had 3 bedrooms, traffic pattern only and was amazed at the brightness of the carpet when he finished.. No soap and all natural cleaning, Dave said if I filled in their survey that I would save 25.00 for the next visit. I will be anxious to see if the stain that was in the carpet comes back. Verry Happy!
