Description of Work: After several cancelations(due to rain) they were finally able to come out. It had rained that morning but had cleared up by the appointment time. The gentleman who came out was nice. I did loose track of what he was doing as he did some indoor windows, then went out and did the outside of others. When i had called to set up the initial appointment i had asked about screens and was told they would be cleaned as well, some were and some were not. Several of the clips that hold the screens in had been broken off. I found them the next day as i inspected the work. Yes i did only pay $49, but it should not matter how much i pay, the same care should be taken at my small home as at a mansion. Every job should have the same care and pride no matter how large or small. Will i use again, maybe.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters but could not tell anything was done and ended up having to go behind them and clean out the gutters. There was 2 inches of muck in the bottom all the gutters that was not removed

Description of Work: Washed all windows, interior and exterior. Removed and wiped down screens. Blew pine straw off roof and cleaned up afterwards. |One issue: Had to ask technician to clean carpet where he had dripped while washing windows. He apologized, then gladly and willingly did it.

Description of Work: I purchased coupon for $50 to have the exteriors of 25 windows cleaned. For an additional $32 I had the screens, which I removed from the windows, cleaned. I was pleased with the windows but was upset when 3 days later when I put the screens back that I had a cracked window. I can't prove that Window Genie was responsible because I didn't check the windows until 3 days after the service. However, if it was already broken when the service was performed, they should have called me and informed me prior to performing the service. That would have been the professional way to handle it. I was very disappointed with the job on the screens. The white vinyl screen frames were just as dirty as when I took them down. I guess the screen fabric was all that was considered in the cleaning sservice.If I ever used Window Genie again I would be sure to be home at the time of service to supervise.
