They never responded to my request for a quote.

Quality of work was very good but I thought he was difficult to work with. He was always late and had an excuse. His helper didn't show up so he did most of the work himself and it took him forever because he kept stopping to chat on the phone. He lost the estimate he gave me and wanted me to tell him what he had quoted. I thought he was also arrogant. In addition, my contractor just happened to be there and had to say something to him about cutting his film w/a sharp object on my brand new hardwood floors

Very nice young man showed up and cleaned out our gutters for us. We moved in not long ago and our house used to be a rental, so who knows when the last time was when they had been cleaned. They did an excellent job and the young man even tried to get as many leaves off of our roof as he could. Very affordable!!! Cleaned up afterwards as well.

My enthusiasm is reflected in the fact that the team (Antonio and Teron) is just leaving, and I can't wait to tell you about the great, professional, fast, and thorough job they did. I didn't know the time they would arrive but they drove up about 9am and finished before noon. They introduced themselves and did a walk around, and got right to it (it's currently 93 degrees out there), not stopping until they were finished. Before taking my credit card, I was briefed about the way they check to make sure not only are the gutters clean, but that there are no clogs in the down spouts. I was also told about some repairs that were needed on the dormers, that I had completely missed. Love the view from my windows, and am very grateful I didn't have to climb the ladders.

Exceeded all expectations. Arrived on time for both quote and work, reviewed the work with me, then got right to work. Finished sooner than promised, paying close attention to details. Highly recommend.

Original cost of deal $49. Added 81.50 to have more windows & doors added, as well as screens Left a few streaks that I noticed after he left--Did not like the cleaning solution. I would use again because of price and because quality was good, but would request alternate cleaning solution ideas The windows had not been washed in quite a while He was patient with problems that came up and with taking time to do the screens & get them back up right---I decided to add on a few things and prices were still good

I was home all day, so I didn't mind the lateness. Since they were 35 minutes late, I had to give a fair review. Even though the punctuality wasn't an issue for me, Ben placed a value on my time and was quite apologetic. I liked the character that showed. Both men did a thorough job on the house and windows. They took time to be sure their work was detailed and completed in a timely manner. I didn't speak with his helper, but Ben was polite. Jessie handled the initial order and was helpful with scheduling and answered my questions. It was a good experience all the way through.

They did a great job. The windows look fantastic! One window did not look perfect, I called Ben, and he came out the next day and took care of it. Very Professional.

He came out right away to look at the job and give me an estimate. We set up an appointment and the person that came out was right on time and got right to work. He was very thorough and finished the job in a fair amount of time. I was very satisfied with the work and I could not be more pleased. I plan on recommending him to friends and family. The day of service, Terron arrived as promised and he did an incredible job. He too was very courteous and professional, but I was most impressed by his attention to detail. I could tell he took great pride in the quality of his work. The windows and house look brand new. Excellent job overall. Will definitely call again

They did a good job. He was professional and courteous. He stayed about 3 hours cleaning the windows.

The service went okay. They cleaned the gutters for us. One technician came out and completed the cleaning in about an hour and half. We had no problem whatsoever with their work. I had no problem scheduling the deal as well.

They were great to work with. They were able to come out a week later from when we purchased the deal. They had a nice crew and they were polite. They did a really nice job.

The service went fine. We paid a little bit extra to get all of our windows because we had a few more that would not be included in the Big Deal. We paid $20 extra to get all our windows because we have a big two-storey house.

It went very well. They were efficient. They didn't overcharge me. They did what they said they were going to do. What stood out is their customer service.

Two man crew arrived on time and took ~5 hours to complete the tasks. Crew was polite and professional. They arrived in a well marked company truck and identified themselves to us prior to work. They used booties on shoes while inside the house. there was one area where drainage of the wash water was slow seeping into the soil. They waited until the water drained to properly finish cleaning. Overall, they did an excellent job of cleaning. After several quotes and recommendations from neighbors that used them and the fact they were on Angie's list we chose them despite the fact they were slightly higher in price. Crew was tipped on completion for a job well done. We will use this company again.

The big deal service from Window Genie of Savannah was fine. There were no problems. It was a long time ago. I did not spend any more than the 49 dollars for the big deal. I didn't have enough windows. I have a small house. He was on time. He was very pleasant. He did his job and there was no problem. In fact my sister-in-law has already used him. I recommended him already. The professionalism was fine.

He did a beautiful job but he did not clean up the areas where he dropped dirty water. There are a couple of places he missed and I am unable get up on the ladder to get those window sills cleaned up. I see it every time I walk down the stairs. The price of the deal was good but I ended up paying more than $200 because I had a lot of windows which were extremely dirty.

Everything went very well. They were running a little late, but called to let me know. It wasn't a problem. The work was done very diligently and thoroughly. I had used one of the Big Deal coupons from Angie's list and then added to that. They did a great job and I would use them again!
