They did a great job. My wife took care of the whole thing but I recall the price was a very modest sum. We were very pleased. They came when they said they would and got it done. They were very clean.

We've been using Ben with Winow Genie for 3 years and have always been very pleased! He is courteous, professional, reasonable and responsive to any extra requiste.

They were very nice and the windows looked good, as did the house; my only complaint is that they did not wash the bottom floor of my house which is the carport, pillars and storage room ( i park underneath the house) as the last company did that i used to pressure wash the house. i was upstairs inside the house and did not notice that it hadn't been done when they asked me if the windows looked good (which they did). i didn't notice it until after they had left. There were also many dirty shoe marks on the carport concrete that were left which i had to wash off. | |over all they did a good job, but the bottom still had mold and mildew on it that they missed. |

Ben Francis (the owner of Window Genie) was very professional, and did a great job cleaning all our windows. I would highly recommend him and intend to use him in the future.

Taron arrived 10 minutes early for the 9:00 appointment. He was polite, personable, and professional. It took half a day to clean all our windows, inside and out. He was thorough and took his time to do each window properly. I had no idea what a difference it would make. The price was certainly reasonable.

This was the 2nd time we've used Ben Francis (owner of Window Genie in Sav'h) to add window tinting to windows in our downtown, historic home. Each time, we have been extremely pleased. We get a lot of sunlight through our front windows, which has resulted in the discoloration and deterioration of furniture as well as draperies. We feel confident the tinting Ben has provided will prevent this issue in the future. I highly recommend Ben Francis/Window Genie for this window treatment, and I will be definitely using him in the future for more window tinting as well as other services offered by his company. His prices are fair, the quality of his work is excellent, and he is a delightful person with whom to work.

Removed screens from windows and cleaned all the windows on the outside. Did a super job and were very prompt and professional. I will definitely call them again. Trying them out on a Big Deal was very helpful.

They came out within the first couple of weeks after I purchased the "Big Deal" and the service turned out good. I did pay them extra for additional service that they provided me. They were quick, did a good job, nice and polite.

Some of the windows just weren’t clean.

Window and pressure washing was top notch. Ben and crew were very friendly and prompt. My only suggestion is to cover plants and shrubs before chemical use. One of Ben's workers assured me that they wet things down to dilute the chemicals so no harm is done. The first day I lost several hanging plants. Ben offered to replace them but I declined. As the days have gone by, more and more plant damage has become apparent. I wish I had accepted his offer! I will use Window Genie again if Ben and staff take care to cover plants and shrubs.

He was absolutely the most incredible cleaner that I have ever seen. My windows sparkled inside and out. He brought such a workforce and they were beautiful. He is so honest. I would absolutely encourage using him. I was getting ready to call him again, to tell him how good he was and I want him again. It was a great price. He was so polite, friendly and he showed up on time, which was so unusual, and he followed through with everything he said he was going to do.
