Two Maids & A Mop

The ladies worked very hard and did a wonderful job!!! I truly appreciate a super clean house, it's a lot of work!! 😊

The girls arrived on time and were kind and courteous. I walked them through the house and told them what I wanted done. Towards the end I was told they had broken a bowl of mine, which was no big deal. Before they left they told me they had broken another bowl of mine (this one was an antique bowl with a gold rim... a bigger deal, but they apologized and I understand mistakes happen). I was charged $179 for the service (which I thought was for an initial cleaning and then they would be cheaper the next time). I also expected to receive some kind of discount or reimbursement for the 2 broken bowls, but I was never offered anything. I asked how much the next cleaning would be and I was told the same price (although I had signed up for a monthly service). I told them to cancel the service. Hopefully this was a one-time bad experience... but I will not be using them again.

We have a big house (nearly 5000 sq. ft.) and Carron, Ashley, and Amanda arrived on time, efficiently divided up the work, and got right to it. Not only was everything spotless...and by everything I mean walls, window interiors, baseboards, picture frames, fans, hidden corners, all furniture, and on and on,.....they were charming and pleasant all day! Definitely will use again, and fully recommend.

They were very thorough and stayed for 3-4 hours making sure everything was super clean! They worked the entire time!!

The ladies arrived right on time and once I took them through the house, they got started. They did an excellent job from floor to ceiling, wall to wall. AD (Adotsas) and Alecia were very professional and very attentive to doing their best. As a section or room of the house was complete, I was asked to go look it over and let them know if there was anything else I wanted done or if I saw something to be done over. After the first room I didn't even check behind them, as their cleaning was superlative. From dusting ceiling fans and lights, cleaning blinds and windows, wiping down every cabinet and every mirror, and the thorough cleansing of all the bathrooms, and finally vacuuming and mopping the floors, there was nothing left un-done! The ladies were anxious to please and they take great pride in what they do. They worked non-stop for 3 hours and my house smells, feels and looks the cleanest it has been in a very long time!

I have hired them permanently. They come every week and do a great job. The girls are extremely friendly and do a great job. They are always on time as well!

Perfect!! The floors were shining, my home is all tile! And as I mentioned the little touches of placing a picture on my dresser of our family, folding my sons blankets, etc. Love it!!!

We'd tried several cleaning services in the Savannah area, and Two Maids and a Mop has been the best yet! We had a great experience with Karen and Alicia last week. We have two small children, and a week later we've been able to maintain the house pretty well because such a good job was done on the last visit. Having one less thing to worry about makes being a working mom so much easier!

Alecia and Jessica did a great job cleaning our home! I was very pleased with this first service and hope that the quality holds as the weeks and months go by, which has been an issue with previous franchise companies.
