The crew was very professional and polite. I was very impressed with the quality of service provided and they left my home in an immaculate manner. Hired them for the deep cleaning service and plan to hire them monthly. Highly recommend.

They could have cleaned a lot more detail and done a way better job for having 2 hours to do one area pretty much. The other stuff I asked them to do was half assed too. Not dusting/wiping crevices in the cabinets, or smudges on the wall that easily came off with a damp towel. They told me they don’t really do walls. I’m sorry but your cleaning service doesn’t clean walls? Like how lazy is that? lol

It always goes well. My home is cleaned well and thoroughly, everytime.

Very well. Had not had my house professionally cleaned since March and the beginning of the COVID19 shelter in place order. It was so nice to have everything clean when I got home from work. These girls always do a good job.

We did not hire two maids and a mop. Never answered an email about military discount but I may not have submitted correctly. Should have contacted them directly was not happy with choice we went with learning experience for sure.

It was a wonderful experience! The three ladies who cleaned the house (Morgan, Armonie, and Antia) were very professional, prompt, polite and had great attention to detail. I would highly recommend these ladies any time I cannot give enough praise toward them.

Awful, awful service. They simply refused to clean my house. I've had used two other maid services before and they cleaned my house fine, not problems or issues. Two Maids and a Mop simply refused to clean. They told me there was dirt in the corners and it was too unhygenic and they had small children and.... But that's what I hired them for, to clean. By the way, this happened twice, two separate scheduled cleanings. I offered to clean whatever was bothering them but they simply don't want to do the work. Keep away from these loons. I suggest Merry Maids. If you actually want cleaning to happen.

Ashley & Kia with Two Maids & A Mop did a great job. The house was sparkling clean! I am looking forward to my 2nd cleaning next week and hope that the excellent service continues!

These ladies did a wonderful job. My house was a lot to tackle with 2 dogs and 2 kids but they were up for the job! Cabinets and trim all wiped down and place looking spic and span. Would definitely use again and cannot wait to start regular service with them.

The two women were timely, efficient, and did an amazing job. The place looks cleaner than when I moved in. Would definitely recommend to others.

I rated B based upon first cleaning because the stainless steel refrigerator was left smeared as well as a corner portion of mirrors in master bath. I think they will remedy this in the future as they get to know our home. I signed up for bi-monthly @ $116. 00 for downstairs only or $131.00 for whole house (2583 sq ft).

Two Maids and a Mop clean my 2bed/2 bath apartment every other Friday. They have helped keep my home clean and sparkling for over a year and I can say, without reserve, they do a top notch, professional and thorough job. Carron was training, and Erica and Jackie were spot on! Thank you for your attention to detail and pleasant attitude!

Absolutely fantastic!!! TJ and Ashantis were sooooooo amazing. The kids rooms were so clean I didn’t even know there was a floor 😁. They are nice and friendly and I hope TJ and Ashantis come to my house again. ❤️

No one will ever clean your house the way you would, but Two Maids & A Mop of Savannah come close. Hayli and Karlee visited this week and did a good job with the kitchen as well as bathrooms, shelves in the office and living room, plus vacuum and mop of floors. This is the fourth visit for us in about 2 months and they are always attentive to details, very responsive to our requests for areas that might need special attention, and proactive in asking if what they have done is acceptable when they finish an area. Be aware that they cannot move furniture (but I do that and they work well to get under sofas, etc. as I move them around) nor are they permitted to reach shelves above a 2-step ladder. But they have tools to clean ceiling fan blades as well as high-reach cobwebs. And they do windows (inside). It's a good service for someone who needs the high points cleaned every week or two so that you can focus on the details (or skip the details altogether!).

As always, went very well. No complaints at all.

I called and requested a deep clean of 2 bathrooms and the kitchen for a house I was moving in to. There was nothing in the house so the cleaning would be easier. I was charged $165.00 for 2.5 hours of deep cleaning. With that much time on just 3 rooms I expected the work to be done well. The tub floor was dirty, the top of the shower surround in both bathrooms were untouched and filthy. While cleaning the toilets the seats came off and they claimed they were like that when they got there. I know this wasn't true because I had used them before they got there to "clean". They did not clean the cabinets as I had requested on the phone. The kitchen floor was mopped but not cleaned. I have no idea what they did with all that time. I wanted to give them a chance to make things right before I did a review so I emailed the company with my concerns. I was told that cabinets only get done for a move out cleaning, not move in. I have no idea why it matters which way you are going but I was not informed of this when I called scheduled the cleaning. I was told the tub floor was not dirty, the paint was worn (I have a fiberglass tub). The kitchen floor was just not done but no mention of correcting any of these issues. I was hoping to find a company I could trust to come in on a regular basis but after spending 3 hours cleaning after their "deep clean" I won't trust them again.
