Ryan could have easily convinced me to try the fix.... I LOVED my old washer. It was hard to hear that it just wasn't fixable. But I knew, deep down, that he was right. Ryan didn't charge me anything for the service call, even though he spent about 30 minutes checking my machine. That's how I knew he really stood by his advice. I will definitely use this company again. Ryan is trustworthy. That's a rare gem these days!

Called about ice maker and moving a dryer vent. I got prompt returned call and a phone call when they were on the way. After inspecting the dryer location it was determined to be a large undertaking to move the vent so on the the icemaker door. The door was taken apart and new parts in stalled. Haven't had any problems since. I would recommend Rudolph's to friends and co-workers.

Got thier name from Angie's list, called them and they were out the next day. A part had to be ordered to finish the repair to the refrigerator and they said they would call as soon as they knew when they would be back out. The next day they called to say they would be there Friday morning. They showed up within the time frame they gave me and did an awesome job, they were friendly and explained to me in detail what they did and what how long to wait until I put items back in the fridge. I have already recommended them!

We called on Thursday afternoon about getting the dryer fixed. We were told someone would call us back by days end. Service tech called back within two hours. We informed him the dryer would turn on but drum wasn't turning. He was pretty sure the belt had broke. We were told they could not make it out on Friday but they would try to make it on Saturday. They would call on Saturday to follow up. They did call as promised and advised they could not make it on Saturday but would be here on Monday for sure. They promised to call a head of time to allow us to have someone home to meet them. They called us Monday morning and said they would be here 3:00pm. They arrived right on time and had the dryer fixed within 30 minutes. Very professional and explained the problem before fixing. We were very pleased with the service tech and the price. We will definitely use them again.

I checked Angie's List on this company and decided to use them because all of the positive ratings. They were very responsive, opened it up and knew what the problems was. They ordered the parts and got it done in a short period of time. I thought they were a bit expensive.

On time and quick. We all hate waiting around for the cable guy to show up. The typical service call requires you to be home for hours waiting around for the individual to show up. Not Rudolph, he called and within 30 minutes he was at my front door. He even waited outside for a few minutes. I was the one running late. The whole experience was pleasant and efficient. During the holidays I must add. Thank you to Rudoplh.

Dishwasher not working correctly. Would fill but not spray water. Handle was broken and Rudolph's thought that was the problem but said to run a set of dishes and check and call if not working proper. Sure enough there was a second problem which was the filter plastic screen was clogged with water deposits and bad detergent left overs. Advised how to clean and would return later in day to re-install. At 6pm on a Friday came back, put parts back in and it works great. Three trips, one price and one fixed 7 year old dishwasher!

My dryer was no heating. He tested the appliance and installed a new heat exchanger. He was quick and efficient and cleaned up afterwards. He was professional, courteous and I would not hesitate to call them again for a washer, dryer or refrigerator repair. They are top notch.

We used them for the second time and they have been exceptional both the times. I highly recommand them. They are fast, efficient, polite and on time actually early. They call ahead and have excellent communication.

One quick look at our washer and the technician was able to determine that it was not worth trying to fix. He offered advice regarding a model that was on sale at a local store and gave much other helpful advice. It's a family run business--I enjoyed interacting with the technician's father on a previous service call to repair a dryer.

I called Rudolph's the 19th of July. They came out the next day. It only took a few minutes to figure out what was wrong. It was the control panel. They gave me the estimate of $300.00. I accepted. They indicated it would probably be Thursday or Friday. I called the next day to see if the part came in. I didn't receive a response that day. I called the next day in the late afternoon and didn't receive a response, but it was possibly my fault for calling so late in the day. I give them the benefit of the doubt on those calls. Friday I was called and told that the part was in and could they install it that afternoon. Of course I said yes. Mr. Rudolph came that afternoon. I was amazed at how fast he could take a dryer apart. Thirty minutes later he was finished. What he didn't know was that the new panel corrected a problem that was in the dryer when it was new. We thought that the permanent press cycle just wasn't as good as our old dryer. When I used the dryer with the new control panel the permanent press cycle worked great! Overall it was a very good experience and I will recommend them and use them again if the need arises.

GREAT - Fridge stopped working one saturday - called and recv'd call back that monday. by then the hubby was able to get fridge up and running tech said it would be better if he came when the fridge was not working as he may not be able to tell what the problem was. fridge did stop running so called back - on the tech's cell phone number that he gace me, made arrangements for him to come and all is good These guys are the BEST

Dryer was making odd noise. He took the dryer apart and noticed the noise was not there without the drum. Before putting the drum back in he noticed a cherry pit in the bottom of the machine. He said it must have lodged between the belt and the drum and was causing it to tumble irregularly. He was very kind and professional, but more importantly, he did not talk down to me, which as a woman, I greatly appreciated. And the service call was $44 cheaper than Sears!

He explained to me what was wrong with the equipment and why we needed to get it replaced, and they were very informative. They were also very responsive and had someone on the phone 24 hours a day. They had set up an appointment with me within a couple of day. The only complaint I had was that I still had to pay even though no real work had to be done because of a base charge.

Technician asked me to empty the freezer compartment while he was on his way. As he had suspected from my description on the phone, the adaptive frost controller was broken, affecting the temp on the fridge side. He also nailed the problem with the dryer, including venting full of lint, and the wrong type of cap on the roof side. I liked: 1) being able to describe the issues on the phone with the actual technician; 2) his availability the day I called; 3) that they arranged for the roofers to join him for the dryer repair trip, and I only had to write one check; 4) that it was the same technician, and he was on time for both home visits.

called on 08-13-09 came out on 8-14-09 promptly at time of appointment and took care of the problem.

The repairman said that since the dishwasher had set so long and not been used in more than a year there wasn't a guarantee that replacing the electrical panel would make it run. He told me that I could take the chance with the new panel or buy a new dishwasher, which I immediately did. What integrity, you just don't see it much anymore. I really like this company, will use again and will refer them to my friends and family when they need appliance repair.

Rudolph's person arrived when they said they would. Could find nothing wrong with the refrigerator system, but did some general checking. Still not cold, Rudolph's came back (different person), checked everything again and found the problem to be poor airflow. Rearranging the contents in the refrigerator and freezer sides resolved the problem. Both calls handled with the single $85 service fee.
