Description of Work: Assessed my broken dishwasher. Took it apart and found out what the problems were, how much the parts were, and estimated the labor costs. Did not recommend fixing it as I could get a new one for the same or even less.

Description of Work: I called the company to schedule an appt. Ryan came out the next day and spent 2 hrs here and charged me $156. I told him I thought the "service charge" was for $95 flat, and he said it was $95 an hour. I told him that his secretary needed to be more specific, then Ryan told me I should have known that!! Ryan gave me a list of parts w/part #'s for me and he said he was going to purchase them w/a local parts store and that if I purchased them through this same parts store, then I would pay the exact same price. So I started looking around and found them cheaper so I purchased them. I called his sec and told her. Ryan then called me back with an "almost rude attitude" telling me that that's how he makes his living by buying the parts. But he told me from the get go, I would have paid the "exact" same price as him. I sent pics of the parts to his secretary (Like he asked me to do) and I have not heard back from them. Be very aware....that $95 service charge is $95 an hour service charge!!!

Description of Work: My washing machine would not work periodically. I called them at night and left a message. I received a call first thing the next morning and the technician was at the house about an hour later. This was an emergency as I had 5 loads of laundry needing to be washed.

Description of Work: My dryer would not cut off. Mr. Rudolph came out, diagnosed the problem and what was needed to fix it. He ordered the part, and came out within two days to install it. Couldn't have asked for a more personable, professional technician.

Description of Work: Had Rudolph's come out to troubleshoot / fix an issue with our dryer not drying and making noises when it started. They were able to successfully replace the part that was broken, resolved an issue with the dryer not venting properly, and got it back up and working. They also provided guidance on how to keep it maintained properly going forward, and how long they thought the dryer would last. Rudolph's was extremely professional, competent, and the work was very well done; I would highly recommend them to anyone, and definitely plan to use them again in the future (although hopefully not for the dryer!).

Description of Work: Saved the fridge! It had something clogged that was causing dripping and would lead to it freezing up and auto defrost not working. So that was fixed up. Also had starter button on dryer replaced, works great now. And had them order and install new oven temp indicators for an old oven. Great work, came out when we needed them, worked quickly and got the jobs done, left no mess!

Description of Work: Bob Rudolph answered my call for service and stated he would come to repair our washing machine that was not spinning the water out. He told me approximately how much lt would cost. He came to the house at about 6pm and apologized for taking so long. He was very pleasant and repaired the washing machine within an hour. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable! I would definitely call him again for any repairs and recommend him and his company for any appliance repair needed. Very happy with the service.
