Description of Work: This company is the reason I joined Angie's list. Most unhappy to see what a good rating you gave them. $2700 for a new tub in Feb that I still can't use while my son-in-law tries to fix what they messed up. They put 24 year old fixtures back in with the new tub and left over a half inch gap between the tub and the surround.

(member name removed), We apologize for the confusion. Angie's List is suppose to list that our specials do not include Gate Fees for us to enter Gated Communities. We had this problem in the past and contacted Angie's so that it wouldn't happen again. Evidently they did not fix it. We would appreciate it if you would change this rating because it is not our fault you were not informed when you were purchasing. However I did inform you before you set-up an appointment so that you would be surprised when we came out. We appreciate your business but we were only charging $79 for the job and could not take out more for a gate fee to enter your community. Even if you paid the gate fee yourself we feel $79 was a good deal for for service. I contacted Angie's List after your incident and they have yet to contact me back.
