Danny and Doug form Thompson & Thompson Rooterman in Guyton are amazing! They completed the work quickly and explained each step that was done to fix our problem. They went above and beyond what they had to do to make sure the repair was affordable. Their honesty should be commended!!! I highly recommend Rooterman and plan to do business with them again if we have a problem. I cannot thank these two gentleman enough!!!

We had corroded sewer pipe under our slab, Jeremy and JT jackhammered up a 9 foot trench in the kitchen and some on the porch to replace the pipe. Jeremy is very professional, knows his business, and went the extra mile to do a great job. They backfilled the holes and tapped the sand down well and replaced the cement. They are not cement people so if you have the same issue where it will be visible you might want to hire cement people to replace the slab. They did a good job but not as smoothed as it could have been. In my case no problem as it is all hidden under the cabinet, stove, and refrigerator. They are honest and want you satisfied with the job. Recommended!

I was out of town. I called this company. The phone person hinted at a minimum price, said the service worker on site would give me the price prior to work. The service work did not do this, did not ever give me a price, but confirmed the work was completed. When I checked my bank account I was charged 3x what the office scheduling person had told me was the "likely" minimum fee. Truly I hate this type of manipulative dishonest that runs like a ribbon through Savannah, GA. In my opinion this company is a blight on the area using the old slippery half-honest half-dishonest ways. I called the person at the office about it and they got an attitude and hung up on me. Needless to say, I will not turn to this company for service no matter what ever. They have a lot of good reviews. I guess I am not one of them. Support honest direct people who do not with-hold information. Support people who inform you of charges prior to work, and prior to putting a charge on your personal monies.

This was the first time I used Rooter Man Plumbers. They came to the house to review options and we found out that during construction of the house in 1978, the water heater was installed in the attic prior to the roofs completion and was too large in diameter go through the ceiling opening to the attic, the tank would either have to stay or cut up the ceiling to remove. It stayed. Then, we found out that they no longer manufacture the 40 gallon size we were looking for. The Technician gave me all of the options available and provided web addresses so I could research the products available to be used. The tankless water heater website told how it would be able to take care of my hot water needs for less energy to heat the water, saving money. The Plumbers showed up on time and began working right away, emptying the old tank in the attic and removing the good tank in the laundry room, re-plumbing the lines and finishing the job earlier then their estimate. They were very professional and knowledgeable on the work to be completed and left the work site clean. My wife commented that the workers did not spend time "playing" with their phones and was very happy with the job completed. We have not had any problems with the equipment installed. The job estimate provided was the amount I was charged. One note on the tankless water heater option. The unit needs to be installed very close the electrical meter. With the main bathroom on the other end of the house, it takes over 30 seconds to start receiving hot water. Not the Plumber's or Electrician's fault.

I assisted a Hispanic customer ( Mrs. Angie Castillo) with a call while on Rooter-man in Savannah GA.he customer knew enough English to explain to him to inform him that he did not provide antseriveswhile at her residence. She stated " you were on the phone talking and did not turn on the water or nothing why do I owe $200. The man on the phone got very verbal and threatening with her and informed her that he was going to have the cops to pick her up for a unpaid check. Mrs. Castillo was in tears at SAMS which prompted others over as a bystander and over hearing this conversation I assisted the lady because of the verbal abuse. Being that this is a business that has been well established, I assume that they would know the proper legal system in recouping unpaid balances from customers than to use a scare tactic such as this in this time of what is going on in our society. She wanted to show me proof of her citizenship, I explained to her that no one deserves to be threated and spoken to like that regardless of where they are from. Being a Retired Veteran with numerous of friends and family who resides in the area I would never recommend this company to anyone with such poor business practice.

The repair was inadequate. When called back to fix what went wrong he wanted to charge me again for full service call. I was so annoyed I told him to leave.

My hot water heater was working fine, but my furnace reps told me it should be serviced. Rooter Man came to service my Rinnai tankless hot water heater for $300. Within 2 days, the hot water would cut off after a few minutes. They came back out but did not know what was wrong, despite presenting themselves as the experts. They "guessed" it was the fan, but after two days we had to chase them for a price for the fan. The manufacturer suggested they call when they were at the house so the manufacturer could help them find the problem. The manager told us he would have to charge us $150 an hour while they were on the phone with Rinnai! We ended up getting a tank hot water heater from Home Depot. Now we have plenty of hot water.

It went poorly, to say the least. We've lived in this house for 13 years and had to have this service performed 3 or 4 times. Galvanized pipes. We know that something is happening soon because the kitchen sink gurgles when the washer is emptying. The other company that we'd used in the past typically comes out and clears the drain. The last time the guy ran a camera down the pipe to see what the issue was. All for $200. I decided to use RooterMan because of the great reviews on Angie's List. I wish I'd stuck to the other guys! The plumber came out and spent a while running water in the drains trying to figure out what the problem was. I talked with him on the phone, since I was at work. My wife had to show him the roof vent that the other company used to clean out the line. He worked for a while then came in to let her know that he'd done the best he could, but that we needed to spend another $800 to put in a cleanout between the house and the sewer. All for the low price of $325. Four days later the sink started gurgling again. It stopped up soon with black gunk from the main line. I called Rooter Man and told the dispatcher what had happened. They agreed to send someone out again the next day. I left work early to meet the plumber. Nice guy, but he wanted to charge me another $350 (reduced from the normal price of $650) to wash out the main line and run a camera down to see what the problem was. So for only $575 I can have the same service that I paid $200 for before. I declined. They made no offer of a refund for the previous visit, even though the guy accomplished nothing. These guys are salesmen, not plumbers. Don't trust them.

Our kitchen drain became clogged just as we were preparing for dinner guests. Unfortunately Rooter Man was unable to come that evening, but Jeremy was here bright and early the next morning. Excellent service and job was done quickly & professionally.

They were good and professional. The only issue that I had is that the leak was not found very easily. It took four different people to correctly find the leak.

It was a mess until plumber arrived - when he left it was better than new

Great, Joe came within a hour and a half of the call, and was able to clean out the drain right away. Very happy with the service.

Rooter man tech was excellent! He diagnosed the problem and replaced the damaged element. We have hot water again!

RooterMan sent Greg for the first call (the kitchen drain). It's a good thing we liked him, because he was here two more times to replace the kitchen faucet, a bathroom faucet, and a toilet. Greg worked carefully and was very thorough. I gave a slightly lower rating to price, because all of this seemed expensive. (Cost cited is for labor; I purchased the materials separately.. I haven't had to do plumbing work in ages, so I may be out of touch with pricing realities.

The pilot light on our water heater went out and we couldn't relight it. Ron Zehnder came out on a Saturday to diagnose the problem WITHOUT CHARGE. He told us what parts we needed and that we should order them from the water heater company ourselves so we could get faster service from them. The parts came in and he installed them the next day. There was an additional problem but he came back that same afternoon and fixed it for no additional charge. We were very pleased.

I recently purchased a home that was built in 1984. Kitchen faucet had extremely low water pressure and hot water was almost non-existent. I purchased a new sink and faucet and called Rooter Man based on Angie's list reviews. I could not have been happier with the service provided! The young man who did the work was professional, courteous and very efficient. I now have a beautiful new sink, faucet, great water pressure, and plenty of hot water. Rooter Man will be my plumber of choice from now on!

Very Punctual and did the job thoroughly and we have not had any issues since then.

On Sunday afternoon my son noticed water coming out from under my foundation underneath my outside faucet. I turned off the water and contacted Rooter Man Plumber The plumber who was on call came out and looked at the condition and confirmed that the leak was behind the foundation. He informed me that there was nothing that he could do that evening and told me to call the office on Monday morning to set up a service call. The following morning I contacted the office and spoke to Scott, the owner. We set up an appointment for 9 am. Craig and his helper was at my home by 9:20 am. They were neat in appearance and were very professional. Craig connected an air compressor to the outside faucet to pressurize the water line to isolate where the leak was. After listening for the escaping air where the main water line was entering the house, where the water was leaking from, he determine he could access the leaking pipe by removing a portion of a cinder block in the foundation instead of having to go through the floor in my dining room. Once he gained access to leaky pipe he cut out the bad section and made a quick trip to the plumber supply store, he was back and installed the replacement PVC pipe in no time at all. He verified that that all of the faucets in the house where getting adequate water pressure and flow. He mudded the area where the cinder block was removed to close back up the foundation. The job was completed by 11:30 am. Due to the fact that I was charged for the plumber on call to come out on Sunday to tell me there was nothing that could be done until Monday, I strongly suggest if you plumbing need can wait until a weekday to do so. Otherwise I am satisfy with the work that was done.

It look less than 15 minutes. Works great.

Two plumbers came this morning to fix my kitchen faucet and bathtub drain. Since both items have to be replaced (the faucet was a cheap brand), they scheduled later in the week for the new installation. No charge for the consult and they were here an hour! They also gave me good advice about a water filtration system. Very professional. We are loyal customers.
