Scott, was very professional, explained everything that he was doing and even showed me what he was looking at through the camera. Showed me our plumbing valve was done wrong by the original plumber. We are having him come back soon to do the job correctly.

Very well- Scott Huckleby was a professional and a gentleman- arrived on time- gave estimate- did work.

They were quick to respond and showed up on time. Very Professional. The outside faucet repair only lasted 24 hours but they were back within a couple of hours to repair it. The only reason I gave a B on price is that I would always like to pay less.

How often have you been stunned by the work you hired someone to do? This was a first for us. Mr Rooter is the most professional, conscientious, thorough company I've ever had to work on my home. We had Scott do the work on our house. He removed all of the old iron and copper pipes in our 1921 house and installed new PEX pipes throughout. He left my cellar cleaner than when he arrived and his work was meticulous. We had one very minor issue that I had to have Scott come back to work on. I got a call from the President of the company to ensure we were taken care of. I could not recommend Mr Rooter strongly enough - absolutely the best experience we've ever had with any of the trades.

I don't recall or tech's name but he was very cute and did a great job. He was very personable and gave me tips on other projects we had to do in the home. This was my first time calling a plumber and I was pleasantly surprised to find that's it's not like is is on tv. :o)

I contacted Mr Rooter to install a gas valve for a dryer. From the receptionist to the technician they were helpful, polite and professional.I would most certainly recommend them.

Woke up to soggy carpets and flooded bath and hallway. Toilet had run overnight without draining. Called Mr. Rooter after reading other Angie's List reviews around 7:30 and Johnny arrived at 8 as promised. He was extremely professional and really listened to all my concerns and answered my all my questions. He snaked the main line and discovered roots were present. He apologized for not having his camera with him to further investigate, but a coworker had just borrowed it that morning. Johnny promised to return Monday at 5:30pm to finish the job -- telling me if we had any emergencies, to immediately call day or night to have it re-snaked. He also showed me how to open the main line in case of backup.When Johnny returned on Monday (on-time), the camera revealed the root ball under the house. He gave me options and he was not pushing his company's products & services in an overbearing manner. He told me what they could do and what I could do to minimize the expense. Fantastic service in the midst of a very unhappy experience. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to any homeowner in Savannah and if you're lucky Johnny will come to your rescue.

This plumbing service is one of the best I ever had. I had 2 clogged toilets and water backing up in the shower and tub. I called at 8:30 this morning and was given a 1:00 appt. At 1:00 I got a call telling me he was running a little behind but would be there soon. He came at 1:20. He came right in and put red booties over his shoes to keep my house clean. He put down a clean mat at the door - all of which I truly appreciated. He listened to my history of clogged toilets and drains over the past year and began right away to give me his ideas of what the problem was and how much each would cost. He then systematically worked through the possibilities and decided that the problem was probably with the outside drain pipe. He dug it up and and found a break in the pipe, a huge root growing over the top and another huge root grown in the pipe. He replaced the pipe, and put our sod back in place and had everything looking ship-shape before he left at 6:00. His bill was $600 which I thought was very good for all the labor he did, considering about a month ago I paid another plumber $150 to pour a liquid down the drain. I would definitely use Mr. Rooter again and would recommend him to all my friends. Thanks Mr. Rooter!

It went excellent. He didn't have the particular drain plug on his truck and had to go to the nearest Ace Hardware to get it. I was very pleased and will definitely contact him again.

Took about two hours.. every thing was professionally handled, pleasant people to deal with consistently. One minor issue with their discount coupon system.. they need to state on the coupons that only one may be applied to a particular service calls billing. We had three coupons a 5% from Angie's List , a $20 off from their website, and a Senior discount for 10% off... we made the mistake of forgetting the senior discount which would have been a saving of around $40 and did the $20 coupon since we were told by the plumber we could only use one.. we later talked with the office person, and asked for the senior coupon discount so we might get an additional approx. $20 off the bill refunded to us..they said they would ask the owners about it.... that was about a week ago and we have not heard back from them. It is nit picking on our part so we will not pursue it.. over all we definitely would use this company again, we are pleased all in all.

They cleared a blocked line for me. I thought they were outstanding. They responded right away to my phone call. They came out the very next morning. They were calm. They covered their feet and didn't leave a mess. They finished the work and cleaned up after the work. He had booties on when he came inside my house. They did a great job. I had no complications with the company.

What a Lifesaver!! Late in the afternoon on Saturday I noticed the only toilet wasn't flushing.... Great I thought, how much of a pain in the neck will this be? Checked Angie's List and called Mr. Rooter. I was told the service man was on a job, but would call me as soon as he was through..... within 5 minutes he'd called and was on his way to my house. thank goodness it was a simple Auger out the drain and it was cleared! The Tech was very respectful and neat, covered his shoes, cleaned up after himself. Tested out the toilet before he left to make sure it was cleared. I have their number in my phone, but hopefully I won't have to use them again... I've told several people at work about them too!

Very professional. Very competent. I appreciates that both Mr. Jacobs and the employee (Johnny?) were very courteous and patient as I described the problem. I was obviously stressed and they both were reassuring.

Mark Jacobs, owner, came to my home promptly. It was a Saturday and he was missing his daughter's graduation to locate and repair my water line break. He was professional, caring and very informative. We're very grateful.

Mr. Rooter is good at what they do and have reasonable prices. I like their work and don't have to call them back. They do the work correctly the first time.

We experienced a periodic backup in our bathrooms. Several plumbers looked at the problem and snaked the line to provide temporary relief. They said the replacing the sewer line was the only permanent solution. Marc Jacobs with Mr Rooter came at the appointed time and snaked the line for us. Then he used a camera to show me the blockage. He offered to install a new sewer line and complete the work within 24 hours. He came back the next day, dug the trench, and installed a new sewer connection. He repaired the damage to the yard due to digging. All in all we are very pleased to have the problem solved. The cost was exactly what he proposed.

He was very professional. He wore booties over his shoes. He also put a little carpet at my door. They were very concerned about not tracking things from the outside to my house. I let him go into my bathroom and I did not hear from him for an hour. He was done before I even knew it. He was in and out. They brought a vacuum cleaner with them and so, they cleaned any mess that they made by vacuuming it out. Their service was great. I would recommend them and use them again.

They are pretty good. i had a kitchen drain that was clogged up by the main pipes. They cleared it out.

My husband and I could hear the sound of water running off and on in the kitchen but could not figure out where it was coming from. The sound intensified and became constant. We called Mr. Rooter. They gave us a time that they could be there. They were prompt and professional. After the consult visit, the representative left and secured a water leak detection machine and cam back immediately. He broke up the slab under the house through the floor of a kitchen cabinet, replaced the pipe, and then cleaned up. They did not have to damage the floor or cabinets, repaired the leak and even saved the faulty pipe and gave it to my husband to show him exactly where the hole was. They wear shoe covers and place pads down on the floor if they have to bring in equipment to protect your home.

Mr. Rooter' plumbing found an unusual leak that another plumber was unable to identify. Our electrical panel was wet as was the wall around it. The gentleman came over on Tuesday and quickly identified the problem as coming from a corroded water heater in the attic. He offered several solutions, explaining each one thoroughly. After we decided what our best option would be, two different guys came early on Wednesday and were very professional and got the job done. I would highly recommend this company. Prompt and highly professional!

I didn't go with them because I got another estimate and the job was done for approximately $200.

The service went great. They were top of the line and I give them the highest marks. They were very friendly and I would definitely recommend them again. I would use them again in the future.
