I was had :( I was told it would be 280 to snake my bathroom or 450 to pump the septic and clear the clog of it was still there. Septic probably needed to be pumped so I said go ahead and do both for 450. Guys came out pumped the septic but said clog was still there and they didn’t have the snake on the truck. They sent a guy out the next day he snaked it said it was good and charged me 250 since he had to do it not the other guy...., okay $700 is the new total. At least it’s done....... 3 day’s later same problem, I called back and customer service said there would still be another charge if they snake it again and it doesn’t work.... I’m out $700 and can not use my bathroom. Customer service said a supervisor would call me. My first experience with this company and I am so disappointed and feel taken advantage of especially when customer service shows no concern. The owner Mark Jacobs is a very condescending person. I suggest if using this company that a male take the lead as the owner has zero respect for women.

Bri showed up on time. First time for a cute personable plumber. She offered lots of different options from replacing the whole heater to replacing the elements. She was professional and courteous the entire time. She was in contact with her boss and he came to the job as well. In the end they replaced the thermostat which by far was the best option for us. A++++ service with a smile. Will definitely be calling and recommending their work.

This was probably the most professional service I've had done in thirty years of dealing with septic tanks. He was prompt, professional and extremely thorough in cleaning up after the job. His office staff couldn't have been more courteous or helpful.

Received a free estimate to compare with other companies. Unsure how it compares at this time as waiting on other contractors. Very professional, on time, quick response. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.

It took them several hours to repair it, but they did an excellent job. Would absolutely use them again. I was very impressed . They were very professional. All I can say is that they did a great job and they were very professional.

Master shower has been fine since he snaked it and the toilet was better but still ran a bit. We had a plumber come for another issue and he fixed the toilet permanently.

I loved our technician David. He was very professional and on time. I knew I had an issue when the grass was greener in one area on my sewer line. He came out and was very thorough and got me taken care of. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

We loved our Tech who came out. He was very clean and thorough. Their slogan is, "There is a reason they call us Mr.," and this is so true. From your first call to the office to your technician arriving is just excellent all around. I highly recommend you call Mr. Rooter. I will certainly call them again.

We can't say enough about our technician Mark that came out to help us. We had just got married and moved into our new home and smelt gas. We were scared and didn't know who to call. The gas company directed us to call a plumber. We called three other companies first and no one answered. That was not the case with Mr. Rooter. They answered our phone call right away and got someone out to us that day. Mark was excellent. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

Poorly, to say the least. We've had this service performed 3 or 4 times in the past 13 years we've been in this house. Galvanized pipes. I decided to try Mr. Rooter this time because

septic tank was pumped out in a short period of time.

After going to Angie's List, I saw that Mr. Rooter worked on weekends. We had not used them before. I called Saturday morning and Trent came out after lunch and took care of the problem. He was very proffesional and respectful. When I explained the problem, he knew exactly what to do. Stacy from the office called to let me know about what time to expect him and he was punctual. I will call Mr. Rooter if I have any future plumbing needs.

Outstanding work was performed, even though you hate to go through a slab leak, this company specializes in re-piping, so now I never have to worry about a slab leak again. Trent performed the re-piping on our house. Contractors are a mixed breed, but this young man was the ultimate professional and was left alone in the house so that we could continue on with our lives. It took three days but that is because we re-piped everything from baths, to outside hose bids. He even mounts all the sheet rock back in place cleans up after himself and has the house ready for your paint crew. The cost also included new water heater since the one in place was 26 yrs old.

He was professional. found the leak by digging up a small area of the lawn. repaired the leak and replaced the soil.

Initially quoted us $6800 for whole house repipe, install tankless water heater and fix leak. Estimated job would take 4/5 days. On evening of 4th day, said cost to complete job would take an additional $1000. We were ok with this and signed an agreement to that effect. Once the job was finished the plumber called my husband and said the total cost was actually going to be $9500. At no point we're informed that the cost was going to increase beyond the new higher $7800. This was only revealed once the job was completed. Upon calling Mr Rooter and asking to speak either to the owner or manager we did quickly receive a call back and they said they would investigate. About an hour later Becky called me back and proceeded to argue with me that the extra $1000 we agreed to was not to finish the job but only to finish to the end of the 4th day. Even when I explained many times to her that we were informed that it would cover the cost to finish the job. She spent a long time arguing with me and even queried if my husband and I had communicated and were on the same page. The arguments she made varied from the house is old, which I reminded her was something that was visible to Trent the first day he came to give an estimate, to we added additional tasks to the job, which I reminded her the tasks he carried out were precisely those we had asked Trent to quote (I did agree that the tasks were more complicated perhaps but we were told the extra $1000 was to cover this) to the job taking 6 days even though at approximately 4.45pm on the 5th day Trent informed my husband that he had to take a lot of calls all day and so hadn't been able to do much work but he would work late to get it completed. He unfortunately injured himself and had to leave before the work was completed but he called my husband to tell him this and he'd check his teams work on Sunday. So he didn't complete 6 days but only 5 due to the other calls and also his injury. Trent assured my husband the work would be completed and never once mentioned additional costs until he called Sunday to say the cost was now $9500. Becky was unwilling to budge until I put my husband on the phone to her and she very quickly backed down and conceded that we should have been informed up front if there were going to be additional costs. Upon speaking to my husband she conceded to only charge the $7800 that we agreed to. This was particularly frustrating to me as I was the party who made the contract and paid with my credit card. My overall impression was that Trent, the licensed plumber did good quality work, however their estimation/quoting system is inadequate and they need to include a lot more specificity and communicate with the customer about any and all additional costs prior to those costs being incurred. We will definitely never use them again.

We called Monday morning at 7:30 and they said they couldn't be there until Thursday. I was surprised by this, but agreed. They then called on Thursday and cancelled due to the technician being sick. They rescheduled for Friday, but then called back stating he would be out of work for Friday as well. I called someone else and they were out there in about an hour.

Mr. Jacobs was very responsive about our problem especially when he realized that the leak was flowing directly through the light fixture of the floor below. The majority, and major portion, of the job was completed the same day: however, due to the weather had to be completed the following day. Mr. Jacobs assessed and explained the situation and also identified an potential issue with our roof that recommended we follow-up with a roofing professional. Overall we were very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend him to others.

Excellent, discovered leak quickly. repaired in a short amount of time. Company called to let me know he was running late. When he was on his way was able to give me his location so I knew approx when he would be at my house.Will use this company again

He worked quick to get us an estimate right away and then performed the services the same night. He even made some recommendations to us for any future problems.
