Description of Work: Unclogged toilet. Problem repeated within 24 hours, came back charged for a different type of service, even though I had a 30 day warranty for the first visit. Lines clear, but stopped back up within the next 48 hrs. Mr. Rotor came back out and insisted on a $600 service in order to better diagnosis the problem! Found another plumber that had my system diagnosised and fixed for under $200. Also,the 2nd plumbing service gave me information that was completely different from Mr Rotor.

Description of Work: Installed new sink and faucet in kitchen, and new toilet in bathroom. Excellent work, we have them on our list as our "regular plumber." Can't say enough good about the service. Only reason they got a B on puctuality is that twice on the two days they came they were detained - though in both cases they called to let us know about it.

Description of Work: I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE SEWAGE SYSTEM THE COMMODE DIDN'T FLUSH WELL. WE STILL HAVE MORE WORK TO DO BUT THE SERVICE WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT.

Description of Work: THey sent someone out the day after I called the. Richard was the one who came to do the work. He was right on time at 8am. He changed my faucet out in no time. I was told the price before anything was done. I bought the advantage plan and was very happy with everything that was coming with it. I was also told about himthru my son-in-law. He had used Mr Rooter several times and was very happy with their work. I would deffinatley recommend them to friends. Over all Richard was very nice and proffesional.

Description of Work: On the recommendation ofd a friend, I had shower/ tub faucets installed because the old ones were leaking. This recommended Handy man came to my home adn installed new faucets. Unfortunately they leaked worse than the old ones. Handy man was supposed to come back and finish the job because he said he did not have the correct wrench needed to stop the leak. He did not come back the next day and I did not hear from him for 2 days. I called Mr. Rooter and set up an appointment the 2nd day. Mr. Rooter's repairmen. (Johnny and his assistant) came to my home and had the problem fixed in under 30 minutes. They explained the work that needed to be done and was extremely friendly and professional. I should have called Mr. Rooter in the first place. I will not make that mistake again

Description of Work: I called yesterday and explained that my hot water heater was not working. They gave me an approximate time of noon today. The owner, Mark, followed up yesterday w a phone call to get details. Johnny, the tech, showed up fifteen minutes before twelve today. He asked a few questions and looked at the unit. It turned out to be an oversight by me. Johnny patiently explained how I can prevent the problem in the future. He charged me nothing, not even a trip charge. This zero charge was for something that I had done!!! Johnny was very nice and very professional. I will not only use Mr. Rooter again, I will recommend they to everyone I know.
