The work was done a few years ago, but he did a good job. They were called by the company that was installing the equipment. Their price was excellent. Everything is working fine. I received a card from them, and when I have more work to do I will call them!

They were very professional, nice, and straightforward. I thought their estimates were really high. I had to go another route due to the cost, but it was a good experience.

Everything they’ve done, they’ve seemed very competent in doing. The technicians haven’t had any problems with identifying any electrical problems and then fixing them. I think they’re kind of expensive, but they’ve always been on time, quick, and very thorough. I haven’t had any problems.

They were terrific! There were no fans there previously, so the technician had to do a lot of extra work to complete the job. It wasn’t an easy job, but he was very pleasant, and did a careful job. Later on, they sent me a $10 coupon, which was nice.

I called based on the reviews from Angies list. I needed a new ceiling fan installed. He arrived promptly to the house, he was polite. He looked at the fan and said he would need to come back with parts......the BILL was $260.00 and the fan was not even installed. He got the parts and was going to charge me another $260.00+++++ to come back and install it. Over $500 to install a fan is seriously REDICULOUS! Needless to say i did not call him to come back, and when i complained about the bill, he did nothing for me, but instead stated he needed to charge that much to survive in the buisness. OUCH!

The service call went great! From the minute the technician walked into my house, I knew I had chosen a true professional. He did a complete house inspection. He was very thorough, even finding a couple of small problems that were un-related to the reason for the the service call. He uncovered the problem that he was called for, fixed it, and gave me a complete report of what he did. He also gave me an estimate to fix another problem that he uncovered during the initial inspection. Great work at a reasonable rate! They will certainly get another call from me.

He called the day before and had an opening and wanted to know if it was a good time to come and we said yes so we got the job done earlier than we thought. He came in and checked out the light and got the tools he needed and fixed the light. He was very pleasant to talk to. It was someone I knew and had worked with in the ANG. The job went great and I would recommend this company to anyone who needed this type of work done.

Not only did the electrician come out the day I called (I deeply apologize as I have forgotten his name) and fix the problem within minutes, he also went the extra mile and spent time adding a multiple outlet and new breaker of the correct amperage in our garage after I had mentioned that when my husband used a power tool, the breaker tripped if i was microwaving something in the kitchen or blowdrying my hair in the master bath. Very profession, courteous, pleasant experience.

I liked the work that they did. I liked the way they explained everything about how they would do things. They took a little longer to get the work completed than what I had expected. I am not too concerned about that as they took the time and did it right which I liked. They were quick in responding to me when I had called for a quote. They were the only company that actually called me back of all the companies that I had contacted during this work. They called me back right away and they were quick about it. They scheduled the day after that I had called to come and do the quote. They were friendly and I was comfortable with them in my home. They were a little more expensive than I had expected.
