Badly. We had them out the first time to install a ceiling fan because we did not have a ladder tall enough to reach the 18' ceiling. IN the long run it would have been cheaper to buy the ladder. We paid them for the install $180 - and that was with the 10% discount- A few months later we noticed the fan was rotating down the wires, called Mr. Eclectric to come back out. It took them two days, but they did come out. This time there were two technicians, it seems when the fan was put up a bolt or screw was not put on correctly. the technician says that that he was sorry but it came like that from the factory and is not his fault. So when he was putting it up there he did not notice that there was only one screw on one side of the fan to tighten? Right... No one wants to accept blame any more and just suck it up and accept responsibility for their actions. So another $180 to have them reinstall the fan. They will not be back

The experience was excellent. He was able to get to the root of the problem very quickly, and he taught me a whole lot of stuff. He taught me how I can prevent it in the future. I would highly recommend them. Their honesty, their promptness, and their skill set is what I would recommend. The price was acceptable.

Had three electrical contractors investigate current in pool. Only they correctly determined reason. Had work reviewed by electrical engineer who confirmed there fix. Very good contractor.

I thought the service is good but I think that it shouldn't have cost that much because there was already electric to the range hood. Other than the cost, they did good work and they came quickly and prompt.

It was good. We were surprised that it cost $169 just to diagnose the problem, not even fix it! So, we just got him to tell us what was wrong but then had to wait to fix the outlet b/c of the price.

Excellent service. Quickly diagnosed my issue (3-prong outlets were not properly ground). While complete fix of gutting/rewiring entire house to run ground lines to every outlet was way out of my budget, Mr Electric did have a solution that I could afford while keeping my house/family safe. Donnie was very professional. Thoroughly explained his assessment and what all would be covered in the quote without talking down to me. Job actually came in under the quote which is always nice. I highly recommend Mr Electric!

They came on time (2 people), called beforehand, assessed the situation stuck to the estimate. Very professional and honest. I would certainly use them again.

Repaired faulty old ,very old, main circuit breaker on service pole which left us with no poweo on one of the coldest nights. They came quickly and i was lucky because this particular circuit breaker is so old it is hard to find a replacement. I had checked several electric supply stores in Savannah and none carried the right one. They got the part and had service restored within 3 hours. Would have been sooner but we had to wait for power company.

My husband and I have recently bought an 80 year old house in Savannah, Georgia. Looking in the electrical box a lot of the work was, "Good enough" but not up to professional standards. The same could be said for the wiring in the attic, but not for the dryer plug which would have electrocuted us if the washer ever flooded. Garret came out promptly, was informative, friendly and reasonable. He had an electricial out to do our work within a very few days. Most impressive of all, I had a question AFTER the work was done and paid for and Mr. Electric of Savannah responded right away and answered my question. I am very happy with the work they did. They left the work area spotless and I am much happier knowing my new little house is not going to have an electrical fire. Thank you!

Great experience. Our service request was handled very quickly, and our technician (Fred) was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He clearly explained what he would have to do and the cost of the job, and the workmanship looks excellent.

I called Mr. Electric to have an estimate to wire a shop with power for me. The receptionist Patricia was extremely nice and communicated very well with me to assure quality and timely response. She was very good at returning calls and keeping me in the loop with everything they were doing on their end. I never had to call and ask any question in regard to the job. The guy who came and did the estimate for me was very professional and respectful of my home. He did a great job letting me know exactly what he was doing and the thoughts he had as to what the best way to accomplish they job. At the end of the quote he made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for and recommended way to save money without bringing down the quality. The price was outside of my budget and I told him I'd have to continue to shop around some more. The owner called me later to discuss pricing and worked with my budget to get it exactly where I needed it to be. He also did not lower the quality at all to accomplish this. He still gave me exactly I wanted and needed for a very good price for the amount of work required. The day of the job Patricia called me to confirm the time the workers that would arrive. They showed up right on time and started to work. One worker had the wires tied into my home while work was being done to accomplish a 200 feet trench to my shop. Due to heavy rain fall and recent land clearing it wasn't easy work at all. After seeing the owner of the company getting muddy and dirty digging I had to help. Being the type of person I am I wanted to help and not just watch people struggle doing something for my home, Even though I was paying for it. The owner didn't seem to mind and allowed me to help out where I could with digging and stuff. He tried to take shovel a few times but I refused to give up helping. Also the electrician didn't seem to mind me watching what he was doing and trying to help run wires through the attic. He also explained what he was doing so I could understand the processes of his job. ( I like to tinker and learn so it made me happy he didn't get frustrated). The job was completed by the end of the day as expected. They cleaned up very well after themselves and also made sure I was totally satisfied with the work before leaving. I also got a round about figure for more work that I am thinking of getting them to do in the near future. The only recommendation I can give to help improve their company is possibly coming up with a way to pay on the job site. They had to call Patricia to have her run my card over the phone. However because I've talked with her several times the customer relationship was built. Some people might not like to have them call someone to have their credit card information passed along. Other than that I couldn't possibly say anything negative or room for improvement. Great job from a very satisfied customer!

The technician (Travis) arrived on schedule. Our living room had no cable outlet. Travis evaluated whether to run cable from the attic (where most of it is) or under the house. He ran about 50' of cable through the crawl space, and up through the floor and wall. The outlet was installed in the wall just where I wanted it. He checked to make sure there was a signal and then cleaned the work area and helped me move furniture back in place. I would use Mr. Electric again.

First of all, they showed up! I called many electricians, some didn't bother to return my call at all, another took all the information and said he would take care of it (I had renters in there so I needed done ASAP) and never showed up, called 5 times no return call. When I called Mr Electric, they sent someone out right away and took care of it. I called them again when I was there a week later and they came out right away again, that very day. They were pleasant, professional and dependable. With a rental unit I need someone like that so things will get done and my renters are happy. Great company, very responsive and would and will use them again!

I called to have someone come and give estimate on what was needed for the wheelchair lift and other items. They were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and the estimate was fair. All work was completed in a timely fashion and no mess was left behind. Great job! We will use them again in the future.

Mr. Weeks was a joy to work with. He was punctual, polite and very accomodating. The quality of his work is superb. He and the office staff we had ocassion to speak with were always friendly and followed through on whatever they said.

I waited several weeks just to talk to someone to describe my project for estimating purposes. Can't imagine how long it would take to get actual work done.

They were prompt, professional, and thorough. I would use their services again and would recommend them to others.

Our tech was great. He was on time, which in Savannah, was a first for us! He checked everything over and answered all of our questions. While the cost as a bit on the pricey side, I will always gladly pay more for a service orientated company that does what they say they will do and arrives on time!

Their electrician is very nice and very professional. There prices are outragously high!
