We had two ceiling fans and a new outlet behind a mounted TV installed. Kollin was a true professional taking extra care in securing the electric ceiling boxes to the joists in the attic. He also installed universal remote controls for both fans. He troubleshooted and found the correct inverted electrical outlet that was needed for the TV power cords. He is experienced, professional, and courteous. We couldn't be happier with his service and expertise!

Description of Work: They were on time and professional. The only issue i had was that the entire service call was nothing more than a stupid tax on me. They explained it would be 180 to trouble shoot and we agreed. Then he propmptly went over and reset the GFCI and was done. It seems like they could have said its probably the GFCI button right here. There was zero trouble shooting needed. They would have had a client for life if they could have resisted the need to charge 180 for our stupidity. I could understand a service charge and a little extra for the effort but full price when he knew the trouble is tough to swallow.

Description of Work: Mr. Electric advised me that a $30 fee would be charged for coming out. I agreed. However, the guy who came out was very nice but he informed me that to get on a ladder to check what was wrong with the attic fan, and provide an estimate, would be an additional $149; for what, I already paid $30 for him to come out? I politely asked him to get off the ladder. He left, I paid the $30 and still didn't get an estimate.

Description of Work: I was having issues with one of the lights in my bedroom, which is why I initally called. When you flipped the switch there was a 30 second delay for the light and fan. It ended up being a bad switch. While he (Garrett) was there I asked about an estimate to have a motion detector installed with a switch run to my front door. He (Garrett) wrote up the estimate and installed the light. I am very happy with my security light and with the service I received from Mr Electric.
