They are very professional and they do a great job. They pay very good attention to details. The first time they come out they do complete cleaning and they really are very thorough. Afterwards they just maintain the atmosphere. They will complete any special request that I might have.

I would not recommend Hubbard's Cleaning Service to anyone. This was the single worst cleaning service experience we have ever had. We were depending on Hubbard's to clean our home the day before we moved in. They billed us for three hours but did not clean the kitchen well, did not touch the blinds or dust the ceiling fans. The bathrooms were half hazard and one of the medicine cabinets was completely missed. The floors and other surfaces in the bathrooms were streaky and you could clearly see where they were wiped down and that other areas were completely missed. When we called to complain the same day and they sent the same team the next day during our move so we had movers and people cleaning at the same time adding to the stress of the day. They cleaned more in one hour than they did in the previous three hours and only with supervision. Then as the ladies left I watched them stop our movers (who were also being paid by the hour) to give them information about Hubbard's and promote their services. When we called the office to request a different team for the move-out service that we had already scheduled and placed a deposit on, they canceled on us. On a Fri. afternoon before the first of the month when we were depending on them to clean our move-out house so that our landlord could rent the property and we could get our deposit back. POOR WORK. WILL NOT WORK UNLESS SUPERVISED. UNRELIABLE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Hubbard' Maid service! I was in quite a bind after a tenant destroyed my property. They were very kind to me on the phone when I was in a tough situation. They bent over backwards to make sure I got service immediately and I just arrived at the property and I am more than pleased with their work. I will use them again and again and recommend them with the highest possible endorsement.

I have used Hubbard's for several months and have been very pleased. They are very professional, punctual and do a great job. We have 2 kids and 2 dogs and the house is always clean because of their work. Floors, beds, bathrooms and even furniture is always spotless when they finish. They also handle some little extras such as dishes and clothes.

We needed to do a quick turnaround, between a houseful of family at Christmas and a large New Year's Eve group of out of towners. One person cleaned for 4 hours spending about half of the time in the bedrooms and baths and half in the common areas, except for the kitchen, where I had more cooking to do, so I mostly did that room (except for the floor). She had been here before and so, was familiar with the house. All went very well and she was very conscientious. She worked hard and didn't spend time on the cellphone (which occasionally happened with another employee in the past). We were so pleased, we've scheduled her again for another upcoming quick turnaround of visitors. It really makes our most popular times of the year do-able without heartburn and exhaustion for us. I'd highly recommend them. My pay rate is possibly higher that if we had a regularly scheduled appointment, but now that I'm retired I don't give myself permission to do that. It's easy enough to handle when just the two of us are here.

Excellent Service! We had just moved from the house we were renting and just didn't have the time to do a final clean. So, at the last minute, we called Hubbard's. What a great choice! They were able to send a crew out the next day! I received a call after the work was completed and was told of some things we had forgot to pack in a cabinet. I stopped by the house and was so impressed! The house was spotless! I think every inch of the house had been cleaned/dusted/mopped, etc. I would not hesitate to call again for a 'deep clean' on our current home.

We received a quote over the phone based on our square footage and frequency. The first session cost a little more but involved three people who did a very complete job.

Everything was clean, and I was very happy with that. I will use them again in the future.

Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. The young lady who came to clean was professional and personable. She did a GREAT job!! I would use this company on a biweekly basis if their prices were lower. They quoted me a price of around $135 for a biweekly clean. That may be a fair price for ALL they do (they do EVERYTHING - ceiling fans, base boards, microwave, etc.), but it is just too expensive for me to use on a regular basis at this time. I felt comfortable with them in my home and was VERY pleased with the result! Would most definitely use again.

We have recently retired to Savannah where family and friends from our past lives have been popping in for visits on a pretty continuous basis for over a year now, which is why we find ourselves unable to engage a housecleaning service on a regular basis. Our schedule has changed too much from week to week, so we've been doing it ourselves. But once in March our grandchildren (the little tornados) came for the week, leaving just when we were expecting houseguests from three different cities on the next day for the Music Festival. That's when we called Hubbard's just one week ahead for help. And help they did! Even though we had never used their service before, they found a way to send a very efficient crew of 2 (Ashley and Chantel) for the whole morning with instructions to do what we asked after they came for 4 hours. That way we could choose the rooms we hadn't finished and focus on the common areas. They were wonderful. They worked the entire time and tackled the job very efficiently, and even did some things we hadn't asked them to do. They really helped us out in a pinch and we were so grateful. I'd highly recommend their service and will definitely call them again next time we are in a mild panic.

Overall, I'm out an expensive weapon with nothing to show for it but excuses.

Two ladies appeared promptly and began working furiously at the appointed time. I was delighted with Tammy's professionalism and the work ethic of both. The house is fairly large and did require a deep cleaning. I was not totally satisfied with the work on the bathrooms and had to retouch two toilets myself after they left. Other than that, they worked diligently and did a fine a job. I will use them for my weekly cleanings but I did feel that for a initial deep clean cost of nearly $400.00 I should not have had to retouch the toilets. They did do a superior job on the floors and kitchen. I also would note that I was so busy when they left I did not have time to do a walk through of the house. I am certain given how eager they were to please that had I noticed the problems in the bathrooms, they would have corrected them immediately. I would recommend them to others with the caveat that you must inspect when they are done and openly communicate any issues. They are wonderfully responsive.

On time, professional and thorough. Would definitely suggest anyone use this service and will stay with them.

I first called on Hubbard's March 2010. I needed a deep clean on my house that was pretty dirty. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I never saw my house so clean. I decided on service every two weeks. No one knew I had a housekeeper and they wondered how I was keeping the place so clean! I bought another home and used Hubbard's to deep clean that one before moving in and my other one upon my leaving. Again, both times the service was exceptional. I continue to have my regular cleaning service every two weeks. Ocassionally I have called and asked for additional service and was accommodated immediately. I know that on my scheduled date the maid will arrive on time. All maids are professional and thorough. I am so happy that I cannot imagine not having them. The ladies are trustworthy; I can leave a key and they will perform service when I am not home. It is wonderful to come home to a beautifully cleaned home. They are particular and pay attention to the details that I like. My regular lady knows what to do without being asked or reminded. She pays attention to detail; even when taking out the trash she always replaces liners. She puts out fresh mats and towels for me in the bathroom. There is nothing more I could ask for from this company. The owner is accommodating and professional. The customer service is top notch. They really care that their customers are happy with the service. Another comforting thought is that this company has bonded workers and they have worker's compensation insurance. I don't have to worry that if they slip and get hurt in my home that I would be liable. That is not something I would have ever thought of when having someone clean my home. This is a professional company that provides exceptional services.

We have been using Hubbard's for over a year. They come once per month at $69.00 per vist rate. Job priced based on square footage, number of bed rooms, bath rooms, etc. Great job. Thorough, fast, efficient. Very responsive to special needs. Flexible in scheduling. Trustworthy.
