Melissa was her usual wonderful self and she had a great helper, too. Always so nice to have a sparkling clean house and this company and the people they hire certainly deliver.

The service I get from Hubbard’s is consistently excellent. They take their time to clean the house thoroughly- corners and counters and underneath small tables and chairs etc. I have always been very satisfied.

The maid wiped down part of 2 bedrooms in a 4-hour block of time. Running a finger over the areas that were allegedly wiped down still show dust. Floors were not touched. Hubbard charged us the full amount and are hiding behind policy when we asked why the job wasn't completed. Stay away.

For housecleaning, I use Hubbard's Maid Services. I wasn't happy with the way cleaning have gone for a couple of weeks in a row and they actually sent out a new person.

I was pleased with the booking process and how quickly they were able to start. My intention was a recurring monthly cleaning, but a minimum of a 4-hour cleaning was required first. My person was not at our home for the full four hours (closer to 3 1/2, based on arrival time and when the alarm was set). This would have been OK if the house was clean and she ran out of things to do. However, the things I pointed out as a priority (floors and bathrooms) were not cleaned to a professional standard in certain areas. Portions of my rugs were not vacuumed, the master bathroom floor was still dirty, and there was no dusting under easily movable objects like a 2lb wooden foot stool in the corner by the front door. Afterwards I called to request clarification of the expectations in the four-hour cleaning because I did not get what I expected, and there was no return call. Unfortunately I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

I fell that the had become complacent in the cleaning of my home.

They've been very courteous and haven't broke anything. The price is a little high. I think it should be $100 even and not $112.50.

They're very reliable and they do a pretty good job.

The service was supposed to provide 3 hours for a stated price. The cleaner, not the same one each time, did not stay the allotted time. One girl told me "it took time to call in and arrange for payment." One of them did a very good job the first time she cleaned for me, but the second and third time she cleaned, her work was not to my liking...very cursory. She also had the nerve to yell at me because my dog had urinated in the kitchen(I didn't know it) in front of someone she was training. This girl had a particularly good reputation with the service, so I was surprised when her work slacked off. Also, it was difficult to obtain a regular schedule. The last time the girl arrived, I had NOT been notified that someone was coming to clean that day. I sent her away and never used Hubbard's again. I just didn't feel I was getting full service for the amount of money spent, and the cleaners didn't stay the whole 3 hours.

We have used Hubbards on many occasions throughout the year, but do not have regularly scheduled service. We schedule ahead two months or so, particularly before and/or after holidays and house guests. The cleaners work in teams of two generally. they do an excellent job particularly if you go through the house and your expectations for each room. They are very reliable, pleasant, and professional.

I am a new customer and I could not be more pleased. What a huge difference between my previous cleaning arrangements and Hubbard's! The young lady who cleans for us now is pleasant, smiling and is concerned with doing a great job! The office staff and the young lady who came to do our estimate were also pleasant and professional. I sincerely wish I had made this change sooner. My home is much cleaner! Thank you!

They were really flexible because I had 2 days left in Atlanta and I didn't anticipate needing a housecleaning service done before I moved but I did and they came the next morning. Two ladies came in, they were polite, they were professional, they had their own cleaning equipment, we kind of worked together and they spent 2 and a half hours there, which was the time estimated on the phone. Everything was done and clean and they asked me to look through each room with them and when they left I had a lovely clean apartment. It was awesome and they made it lovely for $190.

House was cleaned from top to bottom and made ready for new tenants.

The technician arrived on time, worked diligently, and completed all task within the 3-hour time-frame.

Price is a bit high, but I am happy with the service. They are very receptive to input. They are very punctual and timely. They do good work, and stay until the job is done.
