Description of Work: I bought a $100 deal from Angie's list for plumbing services. I called Henry's plumbing because the water flow in my kitchen sink was low. When I explained the situation to the owner, she suggested I try taking the head off the faucet and cleaning it as that was sometimes the problem, which I did and it worked. The next day I came home to find the ceiling in my bathroom severely stained and suspected a leak in the bathroom of the apartment above. I again called Henry's Plumbing and they came right out and confirmed the toilet upstairs was the culprit. They fixed that problem and it's been fine since. I appreciated the honesty of the owner with regards to my kitchen faucet and their prompt attention to a real problem. I would use their services again and recommend them.

Description of Work: Prompt, efficient, helpful, kind. Haven't gotten the bill yet, but it should be minimal for parts, because I paid $100 for an hour visit with Paypal beforehand on Angie's list. He got everything I needed done within the hour. I recommend them.

 + -1 moreThe plumber admitted that he's never worked on a faucet like this but he did an excellent job and figured it out. He probably stayed an extra 15 minutes on the job but the bill was very fair given the work and all was neat and clean.
Description of Work: Found the cause of a plumbing leak in the faucet of our clawed foot tub. Ordered the special components to repair (took a few weeks) and fixed the line leak and repaired the faucet.

He also provided and installed a new sink strainer for the 2nd bowl in our sink even though we didn't request it. The office was very quick to respond to our call -a rarity these days! I would highly recommend Henry Plumbing for your plumbing needs and will not hesitate to call in the future.
Description of Work: Installed new kitchen faucet and disposal. Prepared gas connection and connected and tested connection for new gas stove.

 + 0 moreI found them on the recommendation of a handyman service I have used, Savannah Home Pros, and I was not disappointed. They were on time, very professional, friendly, and helpful when I asked questions. You don't get better service. I was contacted by office staff to ensure everything was set to do the work. In fact, I had to delay for a week and they were accommodating for that too. They were considerate of the house, ensuring they did not damage anything as the the heater was in the attic. Finally, the price was very reasonable for this job. I will use them for all of my future plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Henry Plumbing removed an old water heater and installed a tankless for me.

 + 0 moreIt was great. They were on time and were very polite and knowledgable. He knew exactly what the problem was as soon as I demonstrated what was happening and got down on his hands and knees and cleared the blockage from the little toilet hole by scrapping it. It had been blocked by calcium deposits and therefore, the toilet would not flush correctly.
Description of Work: I had tried everything to help a toilet flush and couldn't succeed. Henry plumbing came in and fixed it in a jiffy. Also, as long as he was here, they checked all the other toilets.

 + 0 moreThey were very responsive and on time. I don’t feel that they did more than what they had to do. I felt the prices were comparable to other ones that we saw. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They were really friendly and responded to our call quickly. The people who did the plumbing work were really nice and really respectful. They got in and out doing what they needed to do. They seemed to be knowledgeable about the tasks that they were doing. I thought that some things were exceptional and other things maybe could have been a little bit better.
Description of Work: Henry Plumbing Co Inc. installed a new garbage disposal and a new ventilation cap on a waterline for us. They also did some repairs on some toilets to make them function properly. They also unclogged the main sewer line. We had them several times.
