Exceptional job at a very reasonable price. Young man was professional, on time, and was safety conscientious ensuring i didn't walk on wet carpet/floors and fall. I would without hesitation HIGHLY recommend their services as the carpet and tile look incredible.

The guy was late by about 15 minutes, but that is understandable with us being in a new community. The guy checked everything out immediately and then got started. The service was great....all the dirt came out of the carpets. I would highly recommend Crystal Clear.

These guys are GREAT!!! I would recommend them to anyone. They responded quickly, arranged a service date for two days later, explained the service to me, and told me clearly what the cost would be. The representative who provided the service in my home was punctual, friendly, and extremely professional. He answered my questions, showed me how the process works, then worked efficiently to clean the carpet in three bedrooms. We had thought we may have to replace the carpet. Instead, it came out looking new.!! We paid $94.95 for the cleaning and $10 per room for Scotch Guard. There were absolutely no added costs, contracts or sales pitches -- just excellent work and excellent service. When I asked about dying a small bleached spot in one of the rooms, the representative called the owner. They recommended an inexpensive dye kit from Walmart -- and even emailed me the link to the product! Outstanding company!! Service above and beyond. Thanks to the Angie's List users who led me to Crystal Clear.

Crystal Clear Carpet cleaning was professional and courteous from my initial phone call to the time they left the house after thoroughly cleaning 5 large carpets. They are customer focused and very meticulous in their work. My carpets look fantastic and I couldn't be happier....my wife too! A terrific value! Will highly recommend them to all my neighbors. I have been in the hospitality industry for years, I started using Crystal Clear many, many years ago to clean high traffic carpet areas in a hotel. I have also personally used them to clean my cars and my house and I have never had a bad experience with them. Bill is amazing, he is a super friendly guy who is great to work with. They do a fantastic job and they really care about the type of work they do, overall just an amazing service!

There was no response when I tried to initiate contact through Angie's list but I got them the first time I tried their phone number. The serviceman called to let me know he was on the way, even though he was only a few minutes late. He removed a couple very old stains that I did not expect to get up. He went above and beyond the minimum required for the job. I am very happy with the results.

They were very good. We thought that they were very reasonable and that they did a good job. I think their prices were better than anybody we found by checking around. They also came out right away and we thought they were very fair and punctual although my son did tell me that they were a little bit late.

I thought that a stairway "counts as a room" was a bit of a stretch, but he did a good job.
