Crystal Clear Cleaning

The cleaner showed up just a bit late but when I called I received a prompt response. The cleaner also had to go search for more water, so that took a bit of time. The cleaner did a thorough job and communicated the price and expectations clearly. We were quite satisfied by the results.

They're fine, They've done great work, as a matter of fact we're going to have them do some more after a little while, in a few more months. They did a great job.

Fantastic.! We have 7 pets, 3 dogs and 4 cats and a light colored carpet, With all of the tracking in and out and the occasional pet "accident" the carpet looks pretty bad and uncleanable.. Everytime Will or Bill clean our carpet it looks like new when they are done. They are extremely customer oriented and do a great job. You should call them!

Bill was very prompt...in fact arrived about fifteen minutes before the appointment time and apologized for being early Very professional and friendly. Went about his business without delay or interruption to our family House was near empty as we haven't quite moved in yet and that worked out for both of us.. After seeing the job he lowered his price somewhat below the estimate he gave me over the telephone....Nice touch and a nice savings All the dirt and stains seem to be removed and the carpet looks excellent. He hit some stained areas with special attention and it was enough to remove the stains to almost new. These very light almost white carpets are almost 20 years old and look like they have be down only a very short time I would certainly use this company again and already have recommended to a friend here on Skidaway Island

I am very pleased with the cleaning services and the price. To be honest I never thought the chairs and sofa could be cleaned so well. I was planning on replacing them before Christmas but I was saved that large expense by having them cleaned! The bedroom carpet was restored to its soft, plush feeling under bare feet. No stiffness/sticky feeling left by soap residue. And no lingering bad chemical smell. I was concerned that the grout in the tiled foyer might come loose by having it cleaned as it has done in the past. Bill assured me he would handle the job without any damage to the floor. And he kept his promise. We have 2 large black house dogs and 2 indoor cats so it is understandable that we need a cleaning service a couple times a year. I have been fortunate to find Crystal Clear Cleaning and will use them for all future cleaning services.

The provider came over, right on time and started cleaning. They were able to get out so much pet hair--more than I was ever able to, despite vaccuming multiple times a week. Having a cat and a dog, fur tends to get everywhere, and I try hard to keep this at a low level so my guests who come to visit wont have a terrible fight with allergies. These guys were great, especially for their cost. I am so particular about having zero spots on my carpet, and they were able to pull stains out of my carpet that I spent so much time trying to get out myself. I was amazed. Because their price was so reasonable, and their service so spectacular, I had them clean my carpets every 6 months to keep them looking and smelling fresh. It was definitely worth it.

It was a simple job (empty house) but the owner was early and finished very quickly. The carpeting dried quickly and was truly clean.

We have used Crystal Clear for our carpet cleaning needs for many years. For this latest cleaning as well as all of the previous ones, they were very responsive, professional, fairly-priced and they did an excellent job.

They came out lovely and like brand new. They didn't take long to dry and we were able to place everything back that evening. Everything smells wonderfully clean. Great Job!!!!!

Initial phone contact was most courteous. We set an appointment. Bill was punctual and very polite upon arrival. He looked over the areas to be cleaned, explained what he was going to do, and got started. He wrapped his hoses in protective cloths to keep them from damaging the baseboards, doors, and door frames. Bill spot cleaned exceptionally dirty areas (previous occupants had kids, pets, and were basically unkempt), while paying particular attention around the toilets, kitchen appliances, and heavily traveled areas. As he proceeded, there was an obvious difference in both the tile and the grout. Bill was meticulous, made sure to protect the surrounded hardwood floors, and ensured he did not miss anything we wanted cleaned. Upon completion he went over all the areas, asked if there was any more he could do, offered to return if we had any problems, and carefully cleaned up all his equipment. We could not ask for better service! We are extremely pleased with our "new" tile floors. Bill is truly an example of what good customer service and great product delivery should be. A most pleasant experience!

They arrived on time finished quickly and removed numerous pet stains that I thought couldn't be removed. Now instead of having to replace the light colored capet I just call crystal Clear!

Everything was excellent!! We are more than satisfied. I couldn't believe the amount of dirt that was removed from our carpeting!! Our house smells fresh and clean, and the feel of the carpeting has improved tremendously. The service was outstanding. I was so impressed that they called the day before to confirm our appointment. In addition, they called to let us know,that they could come earlier than originally scheduled, the day of. Darrell was very professional. He takes great pride in his work. I called and scheduled appointment. They were ontime the day of the appointment. Our carpet is almost 10 years old and we have three dogs and there are high traffic areas. We have carpets cleaned regularily but this was by far the best job. They were hard working and very reasonable in their pricing. Would recommend to others.

I own a rental house and the previous tenant had the carpet professionally cleaned when she moved out. But the carpet still looked dirty and there were some big stains in the living room. Crystal Clear came quickly, re-cleaned the carpets, and got all the stains out. The carpet looks great now. And here's the irony: the tenant hired a carpet cleaning service on a Living Social deal. I saw her receipt, and her "deal" was more expensive than Crystal Clear's regular price!

All stains, both those made by people and dogs, were removed. House looked great!
