Description of Work: Darrell arrived almost 15 minutes early to clean very stained carpets in three rooms and a hall. He was very professional yet also very friendly. I have cheap apartment carpet that had been stained by an older sick dog and by spills. It looked really rough. Darrell went right to work as I sat in an out of way spot where I couldn't see much. When he finally got to an area I could see, I was shocked! Spots and stains I had tried getting up with my bissel just disappeared for him! When he was done the shabby cheap apartment carpet ( in light beige of course) looked like new! He treated the carpet with enzymes to help neutralize the pet odor too. Not only did they look great but smelled awesome. I found them on Angie's list and decided to call them after reading reviews on all the cleaners listed. After having the work done I can see why they are so highly rated. I know I could have found a company that was cheaper, although they were very reasonable. The old saying you get what you pay for doesn't apply to this company - you get more than you pay for in my opinion. I will never use anyone else. Also Marlina who answered the phone when I called was very personable yet professional. A delight to deal with and she was able to schedule me for a very convenient day and time. I highly recommend this company and Darrell. I'm sure you won't be disappointed! Thanks Darrell! Awesome work!

In this day and age and with the economic. climate (this is the fourth company that did not get back to me on home improvement jobs) we find ourselves in just - Amazing. I would not hire them as they did not in a professional manner get back to me with in at least a few days. What would I be able to expect to get the job done?!

I have used many carpet companies in the area and have been most pleased with Crystal Clear. They REALLY got my carpet clean for the first time! My home felt fresh and clean.
