Description of Work: It took three days to repair my washing machine. Three separate trips to my house. I don't think it was really that complicated. He did stay with it until he repaired it but it should have been a two day repair at most. Very nice guy.

Description of Work: Refrigerator issue and had one major concern and one minor. The major issue was not resolved. The minor one was but I was disappointed that the cost was as high as it was and had no resolve for the primary reason for my call for service. I was told the $75 service charge would go towards the repair. I felt that the add'l charges were not necessary for the work done.

Agazi showed up on time, gave me an estimate, and did the work for the amount that he quoted. After he finished he reconnected my dryer vent free vent free of charge. He left the area clean and was very friendly. My 10 year old washing machine now works great
