Description of Work: The toilet in our guest bathroom was loose and rocking. It seemed like the job was done correctly but after a short time it started rocking again. We contacted the company on several occasions but they did not return our calls promptly and we ended up getting another plumber. The second plumber advised us that the work was done improperly.

Description of Work: I had three "small" plumbing projects. John worked quickly and effectively.Changing the kitchen sink strainer met with difficulty as the old nut wouldn't loosen, so John sawed it off. Also changed a Moen cartridge and fixed a pop-up assembly. I supplied all the parts.
