He accommodated my schedule, arrived a little early, performed the task and checked for leaks. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

He did a very good job and was responsive to my needs and timeline. He also always promptly responded to my calls.

St. Simons plumbing done some plumbing for a job I had and he and his staff were excellent! The job was reasonable, proficiently done, clean and fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend them. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

Everything was completed satisfactorily. We had four plumbers come out and quote on Tuesday. Pricing was pretty consistent across the board so we chose Steve based on his ratings and he did not disappoint. He did the work Thursday and we are pleased.

After seeing the outstanding Angie's List reviews for St. Simons Plumbing I decided to have them install a new toilet in my master bath. The job turned out to be a bit more challenging than originally thought because the flange on the floor was broken and had to be replaced. Even though this caused the job to take longer than forecast, the installer didn't charge for the extra time, only for the replacement flange ($10). The installation was done perfectly--the new toilet is perfectly level and rock steady. The glowing reviews of St. Simons Plumbing are well deserved, and I highly recommend this plumbing company.

Went fine with good clean up with no problems. I've waited a year and a half to give them this recommendation so I would be sure. No problems yet.

They came out when expected and worked with my Property Manager and picked up the keys did the work quickly returned the keys and sent me the bill. The office staff was very helpful and the plumber did a good job cleaning up when finished. All was done on a short time frame before my new tenants moved in that same week. I was happy with the completed job and will call again!

Everything went well. He was able to identify the problem immediately and had the part he needed on the truck. He quickly made the necessary changes and everything was working perfectly again.

Great service! I called for service and they were on the Island and available so were here within the hour. Kitchen sink was clogged- they snaked and cabled the drain to clear the clog. Servicemen were friendly and polite. Rates were reasonable. Couldn't ask for better service!

The plumber I've been using for years has failed me badly for the past few times I've called him. I was in a bind since I'd gone ALL w/e w/o a water heater & my guy wasn't calling me back. I called him Saturday to leave a message about the problem, then twice Monday to find out if he could address it for me. Nothing. In a pinch I used Angie's List to find ratings on the locals & after some searching decided to call SS Plumbing. I'm glad I did. From the first phone call to the time they pulled out of my driveway I was satisfied. I was told to expect them between 2-3, the guys were here at 2:30. They were smiling & pleasant the minute they walked in. They got down to business, had to leave once for a part & were back promptly. They had to move a scad of stuff under the sink to change the faucet & then they put it all back exactly where it had been. They took their trash w/ them & when I got my invoice was flabbergasted at the price. I have NEVER paid that reasonable a price for the service I received. I will be putting St SImons Plumbing on my speed dial!!!

They were on time and completed the job in a professional manner. One of the water heaters was in the attic and needed to be moved because the original water heater would not fit down the attic stairway. Must have been installed while being built. When they came, we realized that we would need an electrician. No problem - they called a company and someone was there while the installation was being completed. St Simons Plumbing completed a job that other plumbing companies would not. Had other companies look at the job and we couldn't even get a bid or phone call return. Must have been too much work.

I called this service because i had a rather yucky plumbing thing going on. i called the main number and got a voicemail greeting,explaining that if i did not get the office staff, to contact the service tech,John, on his cell at his number. as i was calling his number, the office called back and apologized for not catching the call. well, that was encouraging,she was professional and stated she would call her "guys" and get back with me. a day passed, and no one called.i even checked my phone and messages for missed calls. nada. so i called the office again,got same voicemail greeting,called John the tech guy as per instructions on the greeting,left him a voicemail,another day went by and nada again. needless to say, i won't chase someone to give them my money. i called another service

Could not have gone better. Called them at 8:45am and they were here, repaired the problems, and gone by 9:25am. Could not have asked for better/more responsive service on a Monday morning!

Excellent! Immediate arrival each time, once at night. Efficient, polite, friendly. Took the time and trouble to locate the right size, type of lavatory set for master bath; arrived early one morning to replace water heater. It helps me to have parts/labor costs broken out on bill. I have great confidence, peace of mind, knowing those good people are nearby and that is of real value.

Office manager, Elizabeth, always answers phones, is very pleasant, makes sure I get scheduled promptly. Plumbers always show up as promised, are courteous, efficient, and professional. Work is always fairly priced.

Called and they were here in two hours. It was late and Steve wouldn't leave until it was fixed. Our toilet was backing up into tub and on floor...yulk! They only charged us regular prices not evening rates as we had called earlier in the day. The office staff was concernd and very helpful.

Steve and team did a good job and even offered some design advice that made the finished product better. We had a two foot deep linen closed on the other side of the bathroom wall. Steve suggested taking half of that which made our walk in shower a foot wider and much more enjoyable. We still ended up with the same amount of linen storage as the shelf is one foot deep.

I walked in to a wet floor in my second home and called St. Simons Plumbing. He came the next morning and charged me $675.00. I have used them several times and found them to be very good.
