Description of Work: My old Trane HVAC unit was no longer heating and cooling as it should. I knew it needed service, but did not know who to use. I asked a local real estate property manager who their company used and she recommended Turner Brothers. They came out to do a service call, and ultimately found out the unit was bad, and needed to be replaced. I checked around with other companies, and went by the Turner Brothers office and talked to the owners about what I needed. I prefer to deal with local companies, rather than companies based out of Brunswick or Jacksonville (both a half hour or so away). The Turner Brothers are local, well established and have a very good reputation. They were great to talk to and easy to work with, and willing to give me a great deal and quick turnaround on installation. I got a great price, the guys were all very professional, and the installation was completed ahead of projected time and works great. WC Turner, one of the co owners of the company, was onsite for the entire installation and oversaw the job and made sure everything went smoothly. In my experience, it was one of the most professionally run HVAC companies I have seen, ever. At the end of the installation, WC also sat down with me and showed me the proper way to maintain the unit (for a homeowner) such as cleaning the condensate drain, changing the filter, and how to operate the new thermostat. I would recommend Turner Brothers to anybody needing HVAC work.

Description of Work: I use Turner Brothers Heating & AC to do a yearly maintenance on my Air Conditioner. They installed my high-back system.

Description of Work: Turner Brothers promptly took my "no cooling" service call at 1:00pm on a Friday and had service tech at home by 3:30pm (i was prepared to wait till Monday am). The service tech, Matt asked a few operational questions and then quickly (as his nickname is "Turbo") started troubleshooting outside and ruled out the most major problems before going up to our hot attic to find the problem as being a bad capacitor. Although they were not my builder's original HVAC installer I have called on them several times in last 5 years for service and found them to be excellent in all aspects of service. With my now 10 year old system I expect to sign up for regular periodic maintenance service with Turner to prolong the life of the system and avoid breakdowns in worst case weather.
