Window Genie of Atlanta Metro

I bought a $55 big deal for this service and it was good. They were punctual, on time and professional. They did a good job and were very, very careful of our goods as they were inside so they were good. I paid about $95 additionally.

They cleaned the gutters of our 2 story house with a basement so the back is 3 stories high. Did a good job.

Pleasant and courteous despite the following pricing issue: Caveat to future "deal" purchasers -- rep said that in order to get the "home show special" (25 windows for $149 plus $7 per additional window) I had to purchase the whole house full of windows (twice the expected amount because of how they count the smallest transoms or sidelights). I felt like I was buying a used car as he kept playing with his calculator saying "let me see what I can do...". Then he made a phone call to "the boss" and finally, after 30 minutes of negotiating, reached a somewhat more reasonable price even though it meant I was not able to get all the interior windows cleaned as needed. Additional note -- On the exterior, there were a few screens which needed removing and cleaning. Only the window glass was cleaned. I had to do the screens myself. I can't say what the usual practice is but just be aware you will need to do this if you want to get the full benefit of clean windows. Of course you have to clean the window sills yourself, as well. Overall however, the bulk of the operation went smoothly and quickly. They did my "48" exterior windows in under two hours. It is definitely nice to have clean windows this spring.

All fine except left huge clump of accumulated leaves,ine needles, etc. Sticking put of downspout, clogging it up.

Online deal priced at $99 but had to pay $10 "Fuel charge" in cash. Provider could not schedule me until two weeks after I purchased service. Workers showed upon time. Workers ran out of Gas for blowers. After watching them foolishly, and unsuccessfully try to siphon gas from their truck by mouth, I had to give them Gas to complete the job. In the front, they blew the detritus from the gutters into my bushes, in the back they just scattered it over the yard. They did not clean off the back deck.

There was no additional charge. I was happy with the service.

They called and asked if they could come early. I am always ok with that. They showed up and introduced themselves and told me what they were going to do. They cleaned the gutters and then they came back to the door to tell me that they were done and everything looked good.

They were good. We liked them. There was a five dollar extra fee to cover gas.

David has a very professional business! Jennifer set up our appointment at a time that was convenient with my work schedule - she was very accommodating! The crew came out on time, prepared and did the job with excellence. Whenever anyone asks us for a window cleaning reference, I always recommend David's Window Genie!

The window cleaning went very well all the previous times. They were also going to clean my driveway this time, but they were charging different than they’d originally said. We’d agreed on one price but they doubled it once they saw the driveway, but they’d already seen my driveway many times. I cancelled after hearing that. I won’t use them again. They were a “B” when they just did the windows and stuck to the price. I always tipped them for a good job.

The service was good. There were no issues and everything looks great.

Window Genie lacks professionalism and ethics. We hired them to wash the interior and exterior of all windows and to clean all the gutters. They were to also clean all the window sills which were filthy--they even told us that because of the type of windows we had, there was no extra charge for the window sills. First, they did not clean the window sills. They washed the windows, but whatever did not come off with soap and water, was left on the windows. Almost all the windows, including the basement windows were left with marks, streaks, etc on them. Inside window sills were left with remnants of dirty water on them. They said they cleaned the gutters. I never observed them doing this. When it rained several days later, and the gutters leaked and overflowed, I called another company to inspect the gutters. They found the gutters full of leaves. So the workers lied to me--totally unacceptable. One man stayed in the truck most of the time, smoking or talking on his phone, while the other one did all the work. He claimed that one window was in such bad shape, that it could not be cleaned. (I guess he assumed we would buy a new window from him, since we had discussed replacing two other damaged windows). I went to inspect this window, and it had not been touched! What he said were concrete stains, I easily, with no effort, removed myself! We were left with unsatisfactorily cleaned windows and uncleaned gutters. I have asked for a refund of our money, but so far no reply from the manager. I sent an e-mail and called the office. Still waiting for a reply?.

It was fine. They charged us more than the advertised price was.

I emailed them and they were very responsive. I found out that they didn’t work in area though. I got a refund from Angie’s List.

They did a great job. On time and very quick. I would use again for sure.

Yes great. The cleaned the gutters and cleared up the debris aftwards. HOWEVER - I did try to sign up for a regular event - as in twice a year - but it never happened.

They did a good job. Everything went very smoothly and it was all well done.
